Study On The Problems And System Reconstruction Of College Basketball Coaches' Continuing Education

CUBA is now in full swing.Each university has its own varsity basketball team.In order to get better scores in the competition,many schools have made great efforts to recruit students and recruit high-level coaches.Due to the increasingly fierce competition,the requirements on the coaching ability of college basketball coaches are becoming higher and higher.The coaches often have insufficient abilities in the process of training,competition and team management.In order to improve the competitiveness of the team in the league,college basketball coaches must constantly strengthen their learning.In the face of the demand of coaches,"basketball coaches continue to education" training institutions such as springing up like mushrooms,some for college basketball coaches skills;Some theories for college basketball coaches;Some focus on their certificates and so on,all kinds of forms.In view of this situation,in order to explore the problems of college basketball coaches in the process of continuing education,the coaches' enthusiasm to participate in continuing education continues to increase.This paper adopts the literature analysis method to integrate the domestic and foreign literature on coaches' continuing education to provide theoretical basis for the research.Using the survey method to collect the outstanding coaches and relevant experts' Suggestions on the current problems and system reconstruction of college basketball coaches' participation in continuing education;Logical analysis is used to integrate and analyze the collected data.It is concluded that the current problems of continuing education of college basketball coaches in China mainly exist in the following aspects:1.The continuing education system for college basketball coaches is not perfect and lacks of gradation;2.The policy formulation of college basketball coaches' continuing education is divorced from the implementation process;3.The curriculum requirements for the continuing education of college basketball coaches are inconsistent with the reality;4.The continuous education system for college basketball coaches fails to integrate with the development of college basketball,with insufficient coverage.According to these problems,this paper reconstructs the continuing education system of college basketball coaches in China.The construction of the continuing education system for college basketball coaches should start from the actual needs of college basketball coaches.To be led by the state administrative department of physical culture and sports;Based on the fair rights and interests of college basketball coaches.The construction of continuing education institutions for college basketball coachesshould adhere to the principle of conforming to the national conditions and the basic conditions of each region.Adhere to the principle of leading social participation by the state sports authorities;Adhere to the principle of gradual progress;Adhere to the principle of fair protection for all college basketball coaches participating in the training.The continuing education system for college basketball coaches should improve the comprehensive ability of college basketball coaches,change the way of thinking for college basketball coaches to face problems,improve the training methods for college basketball coaches,and cultivate the enterprising spirit of college basketball coaches.
