The purpose of this project is to comprehensively understand the coaching ability evaluation architecture of small basketball coaches in Shandong Province,and to construct an evaluation index system for the coaching ability of small basketball coaches in Shandong Province and to study effective strategies to improve the coaching ability of small basketball coaches in Shandong Province.In this study,coaches and related experts participating in the Shandong Provincial Small Basketball League were the main interview subjects,and the Delphi method,mathematical statistics,analytic hierarchy,fuzzy evaluation,expert interviews and other methods were used to construct the evaluation system of the coaching ability of small basketball coaches in Shandong Province.The study concludes that:(1)The teaching ability evaluation system of small basketball coaches in Shandong Province includes 3 first-level indicators,namely professional ethics,teaching and training ability,education and scientific research ability;12 second-level indicators are educational ideology and morality,education and training ethics,language ethics,life ethics,communication ethics,theoretical knowledge,practical knowledge,organizational ability knowledge,athlete knowledge,coaching basic situation knowledge,information processing ability,and innovation ability;40 third-level indicators are the coaching concept of becoming everyone,the scientific concept of talent,Teaching according to aptitude differentiates the concept of treatment,the concept of lifelong learning,the knowledge of improving one’s own professional knowledge and auxiliary education and training,the combination of physical training and psychological training,advanced education and training content,convincing people with reason,vivid and interesting,etc.(2)The weights of indicators at all levels are calculated through the analytic hierarchy method.The largest weight of the first-level indicators is the teaching and training ability,and the smallest is the education and scientific research ability.The largest weight of the second-level indicators under the first-level indicator "teaching and training ability" is the athlete’s knowledge;the largest weight of the third-level indicators under the second-level indicator "athlete knowledge" is the cultivation of lifelong sports awareness;the largest weight of the second-level indicators under the first-level indicator "professional ethics" is educational ideology and morality;the largest weight of the third-level indicators under the second-level indicators "educational ideology and morality" is the concept of differentiating treatment according to aptitude;The largest weight of the second-level indicator under the first-level index "education and scientific research ability" is the information processing ability;the largest weight of the third-level indicator under the second-level index "information processing ability" is the competition data analysis ability.(3)Taking the coaching ability of the top five basketball clubs in the Shandong Provincial 2021 Small Basketball League as the verification and evaluation object,the results show that the coaching ability of the small basketball coaches in Shandong Province is at a good level.47.533% of the indicators were excellent,50.305% of the indicators were good,and 2.172% of the indicators were medium,pass and poor.(4)According to the promotion strategy of the shortage of small basketball coaches in Shandong Province,optimize the gender distribution balance of small basketball coaches,strengthen the protection of coaches with long coaching years,increase the supervision of small basketball clubs and actively encourage coaches to participate in grade training,in addition to the strict requirements of clubs in the recruitment of coaches;It is suggested that the club should carry out more small training for the coaching staff of the club,so as to promote the improvement of the coaching ability of the small basketball coaches in Shandong Province. |
