As a special group,head teachers are the key to a school in terms of class management and the main force of moral education implementation in schools.They play a decisive role in guaranteeing a healthy growth of students and realizing schools' goals in education.However,nowadays many schools are facing a "shortage crisis" of head teachers,and more and more teachers are unwilling to undertake the work as a head teacher.Therefore,it is particularly necessary and important to strengthen the construction and quality of head teachers.This thesis takes the educational beliefs of head teachers as the research subject,mainly using the narrative of educational life,interviews and documentary methods,aiming at the deficiencies in the existing literature research in this field.By selecting an excellent head teacher of a famous high school in Quanzhou as the research object,this paper vividly records her educational experience,tells her educational stories and narrates her educational examples.From the perspectives of family environment,education experience,work experience,class management,classroom teaching and various kinds of achievement,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the development process of the excellent head teacher's educational belief,and deeply excavates the concrete manifestations,influencing factors and significance of the head teacher's educational belief contained in her educational story,so as to promote people's understanding and reflection on the work of the head teacher,as well as other head teachers.Finally,from the aspects of internal self-promotion and external school promotion,this paper explores the strategies of shaping the head teacher's educational beliefs in order to promote the growth of the head teacher herself,strengthen the team shaping of the head teacher,enhance the head teacher's sense of identity,acquisition,obtain security and happiness from the profession,solve the current "shortage crisis",and realize dual goals in talents development and retention. |
