Education is a faith-based activity.Teachers' educational beliefs have direct impacts on their teaching activity design,such as selection of activity contents,teaching strategies,teaching methods and management tools,etc.Preschool teachers are the key of implementing early childhood education.Preschool teachers' educational beliefs are hidden in their teaching behavior and values,which would guide or determine the choices and decisions they will make during the process of lesson plan,implementation and many other steps.More urgent remodeling on reoriented preschool teachers' educational beliefs is needed.This study used a case study approach and one reoriented preschool teacher participated in this study.By conducting in-depth interviews and classroom observations,the researcher collected relevant data.The researcher then used coding to analyze and sort the collected data.The researcher also investigated this preschool teacher's belief construction,implementation as well as possible influencing factors by tracking key events happened in his teaching and daily life.Finally,this study proposed recommendations for improving preschool teachers ' educational beliefs from four perspectives,including competent department,future preschool teachers,current preschool teachers and future research directions.
