In 2018,the number of Chinese volunteer teachers in the CPIK program in Korea reached 334.All teachers in the Seoul area were assigned to middle and high schools.On average,each teacher has to be responsible for two or three schools.The author was assigned to two middle schools.Different teaching environments and teaching concepts have different requirements for roles and positions of Chinese volunteer teachers.In the process of teaching in cooperation with Korean teachers in two schools,teachers often need to support and cooperate with each other,and use different teaching skills to improve the efficiency of Chinese teaching and increase the students' interests in learning Chinese.Based on the record and analysis of teaching cases,this paper probes into the application of teaching skills under the cooperative teaching mode,and summarizes its characteristics and draws some enlightenment from teaching,hoping to provide some experience reference for Chinese cooperative teaching in middle and high schools in Korea.The thesis is divided into five parts.The first chapter introduced the status quo of the development of CPIK project in Korea,and defined the research object of the thesis.By reviewing the research results of Korean Chinese cooperative teaching and Chinese teaching skills,the author set out the significance and method of the research.The second chapter provides a brief overview of the theory of input hypothesis and the theory of behaviorism,and expounds the current situation of the development of Korean Chinese cooperative teaching.The main Chinese cooperative teaching model is summarized as Chinese-led,Korean-led and rotating-leading teaching.Also,it analyze of the characteristics of schools,students and the teaching materials to provide the theoretical and practical basis for discussing the teaching cases.The third chapter summarizes the characteristics of phonetics,vocabulary,conversation and Chinese character teaching skills in Korean Chinese cooperative teaching mode.By describing the classroom cases under different cooperative teaching modes,the division of labor of teachers,the characteristics of teaching techniques and the effects on classroom are fully discussed.The fourth chapter classified the data of the questionnaire,which shows that most students are satisfied with Chinese cooperative classroom teaching,and evaluate the validity of teaching skills from two aspects: the fit with the syllabus and the feedback from the accompanying evaluation.At the same time,combining with students' feedback,this paper points out some problems in teaching,analyzes the reasons behind and gives the solutions.The fifth chapter makes a summary on the basis of the previous paper,puts forward two main characteristicsof Korean Chinese cooperative teaching skills: diversity of forms and complementarity of teaching,and concludes four teaching enlightenments: integrating cultural consciousness into classroom and beyond,making fully use of multimedia resources,paying attention to communication before and after class and carrying out the cooperative teaching training for Chinese and Korean teachers.
