Research On Development Motivation Of Shanghai Municipal Sports Associations Based On Grounded Theory

The municipal sports association is an important organization carrier to carry out the national fitness movement,which can not only help the government to push the national fitness measures to extend to the people,but also effectively reflect the demands of mass sports,and provide convenient,diverse and efficient public sports services for the masses.With the national fitness rising to the national strategy,the strategic position of sports is further highlighted.The contradiction between the existing supply level of sports service products and the multi-level and diversified sports demand of the people will become the main contradiction of sports development in China for a long time in the future,and it is urgent to promote the reform and development of sports associations at the municipal level.Shanghai Municipal Sports Association since 2012 The group's continuous growth,from 84 to the current 93,the growth rate of 10.7%,its ability to provide and consume sports public goods has been continuously enhanced,and the ability to undertake the transfer of government sports public service functions has improved significantly.Based on this,this paper studies the development power of municipal sports associations in order to provide theoretical support for the future reform and development of Shanghai municipal sports associations.During the research process,this paper mainly uses the rooted theory research method in qualitative research,supplemented by literature method,in-depth interview method and text analysis method,and uses Nvivo11 qualitative analysis software for open coding,axis coding and selective coding.Open-ended coding extracts 16 initial categories,namely :1.Personal feelings;2.Organizational structure changes;3.Extension of departmental functions;4.Scientific and democratic decision-making;5.Diversification of means of publicity;6.Diversification of sources of funding for activities;7.Synchronization of development planning;8.Increasing number of members;9.Management and management of higher authorities support;10.guidance of the business department;11.policy support;12.high level of urban economic development;13.urban spiritual characteristics;14.building shanghai sports business card;15.mass lifestyle change.On the basis of open coding,four main categories are extracted by using axis coding,which are :1.normative power;2.decision power;3.basic power;4.motivational power.One of the core categories of this paper is 1.Joint dynamics.The research results show that the development power of Shanghai municipal sports associations is mainly composed of four dimensions: normative power,decision-making power,basic power and stimulating power,and the core power is joint power.Based on the research results,the author constructs a theoretical model of the development power of Shanghai municipal sports associations.Through the analysis of each dimension of the theoretical model,it reveals a series of problems existing in the development of Shanghai municipal sports associations: in the normative dynamic dimension,there are two levels of differentiation in the age structure of employees,serious shortage of full-time personnel,low proportion of highly educated talents,insufficient overall competence and weak employmentattraction,etc.In the dynamic dimension of decision-making,there are some problems,such as insufficient area of sports venues per capita,lack of sports awareness and skills of some people still need to be cultivated.In the dynamic dimension,there are some problems,such as policy support and execution need to be strengthened the coverage of beneficiary groups.On this basis,the following suggestions are put forward: the government level should further high standards and high positioning,optimize the development environment;cultivate professionals,note Enter the vitality of development;increase special subsidies to reduce development pressure;a number of measures at the same time to create a development atmosphere.Shanghai municipal sports association level should further optimize the organizational structure,tap the potential for development;absorb professionals,improve development competitiveness;improve the level of operation,enhance development support.
