Classification And Evaluation Of Sports Tourism Resources

Sports tourism resources are the material basis for the production and development of sports tourism.Constructing a reasonable classification system for sports tourism resources has a fundamental role in the investigation,evaluation and development of sports tourism resources.It is established on the basis of sports tourism resources classification survey.The resource evaluation system to evaluate the quality of resources is the prerequisite and guarantee for the rational development and utilization of sports tourism resources.Most of the existing sports tourism resource classifications are constructed according to the national standard tourism resource classification system.They are not combined with sports tourism activities and cannot reflect the characteristics of sports tourism.It is necessary to establish a classification system that can reflect the characteristics of sports tourism resources.Based on the connotation and characteristics of sports tourism resources,this article integrates the attributes of sports tourism resources,the conditions for the development of sports tourism activities,and site requirements into the classification system,highlighting the ornamental,participation,and experience of sports tourism resources.Classification system of sports tourism resources including categories,6 sub-categories and 12 basic categories,and empirical classification of sports tourism resources in Shanghai.Based on the national standard tourism resource evaluation index system,the evaluation indicators commonly used in the research results of tourism resources and sports tourism resource evaluation are summarized,and the attributes of different types of resources and the conditions for sports tourism activities are used as the main line to add indicators that reflect the characteristics of sports.Based on the evaluation principles,evaluation standards,and revised opinions of comprehensive experts,the evaluation indicators were screened to form a sports tourism resource evaluation system that includes three aspects of evaluation:resource value,resource endowment,and development conditions.The analytic hierarchy process and comprehensive evaluation method were adopted as quantitative evaluation methods,and the practicability of the evaluation system was verified through empirical research on the case location.The construction of the classification and evaluation system of sports tourism resources is conducive to enriching the classification and evaluation theory of tourism resources,and has certain practical guiding value for the survey statistics and quality evaluation of sports tourism resources in the region.
