China has been committed to curriculum reform,the core of curriculum reform is the reform of teaching materials.Under the influence of the international background vision,Chinese education researchers began to focus on teaching materials,aiming to build a more effective biology classroom and implement the basic task of cultivating people through continuous analysis of teaching materials and innovation of teaching materials.Biology teaching materials are compiled on the basis of curriculum standards.The interpretation of teaching materials must be supported by curriculum standards.This study takes the 2017 and 2003 senior high school biology curriculum standards and the old and new teaching materials corresponding to the curriculum standards as the research objects,combines the research methods of literature analysis,comparative research,interview,etc.,compares the curriculum standards from the macro,middle and micro dimensions,and takes the curriculum standards as the focus to compare the new and old teaching materials from the whole and part aspects Materials for interpretation,to help teachers clear the characteristics of the new version of teaching materials,to achieve the unity of teaching materials and teaching materials,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the teaching effect and sublimating the biological classroom.The problems of this paper include the following aspects: First,the similarities and differences between the new and old high school biology curriculum standards in the macro,medium and micro dimensions.Second,compared with the old version of textbooks,the innovation of the new version of textbooks.Third,under the new college entrance examination mode,how do teachers and students grasp the new teaching materials.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn: First,from the macro perspective,the framework of the new curriculum standard is more reasonable;from the meso perspective,the core literacy has always run through the curriculum concept,curriculum structure and curriculum content;from the micro perspective,the new high school biology curriculum standard molecular and cell module has slightly decreased in breadth and significantly increased in depth,highlighting the curriculumprinciple of less and more precise content coincides with the revision of the new curriculum standard,reflecting the requirements of developing students' core literacy.Second,the new edition of high school biology textbooks has formed a textbook system to develop the core quality of the discipline,insisting on the development in succession and keeping the overall framework and the main line of organization unchanged.In addition,according to the new requirements of the curriculum standards for the development of students,the new version of the textbook has made corresponding adjustments in chapter arrangement,textbook columns,after-school exercises,illustrations,inquiry activities,etc.,so as to realize the basic task of cultivating people by virtue and to provide high-quality talents with core literacy for the society.Based on the conclusion of the study,the following suggestions are given: First,in the new college entrance examination environment,teachers should change their teaching ideas and optimize their teaching methods in combination with the new textbooks,so as to improve the teaching efficiency.Second,teachers should correctly grasp the core literacy and create and optimize the teaching process with the core literacy as the focus.Thirdly,teachers should attach importance to teaching materials and students' understanding of concepts,and emphasize the importance of inductive summary,so that students can form a good habit of inductive summary of knowledge points.Fourth,students should return to teaching materials and change their learning methods when they study independently.Fifth,students should make good use of the materials in the teaching materials,regard the teaching materials as the main reference books for independent learning,and strive to find their own way of development,so as to become a social citizen with the core quality of biology.Sixth,students should actively participate in the classroom,understand the big concept of biology,form scientific thinking,and use scientific thinking to analyze life phenomena and solve scientific problems.
