Senior biology for China(2004 Edition)textbooks are refreshing on the page layout and content arrangement.Current biology textbooks columns are not only variety,and the characteristics of the columns are distinctive.These Setting columns are good embodies the concept of new curriculum reform,at the same time,the program Settings can also provide reference for teachers' teaching.As high grade classes start course,PEP edition biology textbook compulsory 1 "molecular and cellular" module can not only be good for students learning biology basic knowledge and basic skills,but also good for the students to form good study way.Therefore,in this paper,author based on the molecular and cellular module,with the textbook in the column as the research object,analyses every column's characteristics,discussing the usage of column on the impact of students learning style.Only clear the purpose and characteristics of the textbook column,rational utilization of each column can teachers make students understand and master the knowledge better,improve the students' thinking ability,promote the development of students' cognitive ability.Through the columns of the preliminary analysis,the author not only further understanding of the intention of the columns writer,but also understand the teachers and students of biology textbook intermediate hurdles purpose use degree of attention.Analyze the cause of the high or low utilization rate of each column in the teaching process,and make a clear understanding about the difficult of teachers using these columns.such as limited time,limited resources,and the lack of using strategies.According to these difficulties,the author puts forward some opinions and suggestions to enhance the service efficiency of the column,such as "biological teachers should firmly the concept of new curriculum reform","overcome the teaching practical problems,stick to the path of new curriculum reform","develop and applicate each column in the teaching actively" etc,and presents the relevant improving columns strategy and the implementation of the utilization of the attached case,the author hope to be able to throw out a minnow to catch a whale to promote teachers rational use textbook columns.
