Research On The Balanced Development Of Compulsory Education Of Wuhai City

China has entered a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,during which the principal contradiction faced by the Chinese society has evolved into one between unbalanced and inadequate development and the people's ever-growing needs for a better life.This contradiction embodied in today's education is the contradiction between the increasing demand of students and parents for high-quality,balanced education conditions and equal education opportunities and the unbalanced and insufficient development of educational resources.The compulsory education in China has three basic properties.Except the one as its name indicates,it's also for public welfare with unity,which is an idea throughout the whole process.China always emphasizes the implementation of unified compulsory education throughout the whole country.However,due to the influence of social and cultural differences and economic development gaps,it is difficult for different social groups to enjoy balanced educational resources.Located in the middle west of Inner Mongolia,Wuhai City features small jurisdiction area,high urbanization rate and regional characteristics in the balanced development of compulsory education.This paper,studying the balanced development of compulsory education in Wuhai City,aims to find theoretical basis for the balanced development of local compulsory education,explore the mode of scientific and rational use of education resources,put forward the problems existing in the balanced development of compulsory education,and provide reasonable and feasible suggestions for the government and education departments from 5 aspects of speeding up economic development,laying the foundation and developing education,introducing scientific and reasonable incentives,setting up the dynamic progress monitoring system,and comprehensively promoting the balanced development of compulsory education.Through literature analysis,interview case study and survey methods,this paper is divided into five parts: Part I is the introduction,pointing out the research background and significance of this paper,sorting out the research status at home and abroad,and putting forward research ideas,research methods,defining relevant concepts,and putting forward the relevant theoretical basis involved in this paper,as well as innovation and deficiencies.Part II is the present situation of compulsory education in Wuhai City,introducing the general situation and the compulsory education in Wuhai City,and putting forward the measures for implementing the balanced development of compulsory education in Wuhai City.Part III is the research on the balanced development of compulsory education in Wuhai City,putting forward the problems existing in the balanced development of compulsory education in Wuhai City and analyzing the causes of the problems.Part IV is the countermeasures for the development of compulsory education in Wuhai City,putting forward corresponding countermeasures for the problems existing in the balanced development of compulsory education in Wuhai City.Part V is the conclusion,pointing out the importance of balanced development of compulsory education to Wuhai City.Taking the balanced development of compulsory education as the background,this study attempts to further improve the theoretical system of compulsory education in Wuhai,by studying Wuhai's balanced development of compulsory education.Furthermore,based on the regional reality,this study highlights its practicality and makes full use of the educational resources to improve the level of local education.It is said that education is a long-term endeavor.Theresponsibility is at hand,to create a brighter future for Wuhai's education.However,it still remains an urgent and daunting task for the city,which is to further improve the quality of the city's education and promote the education equity.Under this circumstance with both hope and pressure,we expect that educators of Wuhai can inherit its excellent education tradition.As we powerfully shoulder the morality and justice,we unit and work hard with our gathered mind.Putting our diligent efforts into the education of Wuhai,let us establish a great future together.
