Research On The Balanced Development Of Compulsory Education In Liaozhong District, Shenyang City

Compulsory education is the cornerstone of China's education system,the basic means and main way to improve national quality,and the great cause of promoting national development.Education equity determines the balance of social development and is an important dimension to ensure economic and social development between regions and between urban and rural areas.How to promote the balance of education at the compulsory education stage,how to solve the problem of uneven distribution of educational resources,and how to improve the educational conditions in rural areas are major issues facing the education administration and education managers.Since the reform and opening up,the central Liaoning economy has developed rapidly along with the country's overall economic development.In the development process,because the central Liaoning region is an inland region,the development speed is relatively lagging,which makes some gaps in the development speed of central Liaoning compared with cities and coastal areas.Especially between urban and rural areas,there is a certain gap in the quality of educational development between central Liaoning and rural areas under its jurisdiction.This article first introduces the research background and research significance of the problem of balanced development of compulsory education,elaborates the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on this issue,and then puts forward the basic concepts and basic theories related to this issue.Based on this,taking the actual situation of education development in central Liaoning as an example,the questionnaire survey method is used to carry out a research on the balanced development of compulsory education in central Liaoning.The problems are found and the reasons for these problems are explored.Combine the problems and their causes to explore specific measures to improve the balanced development of compulsory education in central Liaoning,and discuss these measures.Explore the specific path of balanced development of education in China based on the actual situation in central Liaoning.Compulsory education is an important way to improve national quality,and it also reflects the basic right of citizens to receive education on an equal basis.The development gap between regions and between urban and rural areas has received increasing attention.This study is based on the actual development of central Liaoning,starting from the issue of education gap in central Liaoning,and exploring the road of balanced development of education in central Liaoning along the train of thinking of problem analysis,analysis and solution.
