Hurdles project has the characteristics of technical and complex movements,It has higher requirements on the strength,speed,flexibility,coordination and so on.Hurdle running courses are generally available in Chinese sports colleges and universities.Main contains the hurdles Start to the first bar technology,a technical field,on the way to run technology,the finish technology.Among them,a technical field plays an integral role in the learning of hurdle running skills and is an important technical link of hurdle running.Flexibility as one of the important influencing factors of fence technology has a great impact on the improvement of it.As a result,how to improve the students' flexibility in the limited teaching time,and help them grasp the a technical field has become important problems in hurdles teaching of colleges and universities.This text uses the method of documents and materials,questionnaire investigation,teaching experiments,video analysis,mathematical statistics,The objects are the common class students for the college of education level 2019 hurdles in Wuhan sports college sports.The teaching experiment is conducted based on the hurdle teaching,and choose Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation pull training and flexibility? as the breakthrough.The experiment consists of the experimental group and controlling group.The experimental group uses PNF pull stretching exercises,and the controlling group uses traditional static and dynamic stretching exercises.After that,the author analyzes and discusses the students' physical quality,Flexible quality,a technical field and their hurdles performances.The following conclusions can be made based on the research.(1)PNF pull training compared with the traditional static and dynamic stretching is more beneficial to improve students' Zuoweiti pronenes.(2)Angle in joint activities,PNF pull to practice compared with the traditional static and dynamic stretching,PNF stretch exercises help students more hip flexor stretching,ankle,hip joints Angle,and the improvement of knee flexion.(3)PNF stretch training does more contributions to improve students' a technical field compared with traditional static and dynamic stretching according to the results of the assessment in a technical field.
