In recent years,with the update of table tennis competition rules and table tennis equipment materials,China’s table tennis level in the international status is also constantly challenged,and want to further defend our table tennis dominant position in the world,we must pay attention to the training of young table tennis players.Introducing a variety of training methods and means into the training system of table tennis talents plays an important role in training competitive talents efficiently.In recent years,a large number of scholars have studied core strength training,and some scholars also try to introduce core strength training into table tennis training,but no scholars have explored the relationship between core strength training and the quality of table tennis forehand pull.This paper aims to explore the influence of core strength training on the quality of forehand pull ball of young table tennis cadets,so as to expand the paths of physical training of table tennis cadets,improve the technical level of Chinese young table tennis cadets and improve the training quality as a whole.Using the method of literature,expert interview,experiment,logic analysis and mathematical statistics,this paper takes the influence of core strength training on the quality of forehand pull of young table tennis students as the research object.Sixteen boys and sixteen girls were randomly selected from the table tennis training base of Changchun Guanghua University,a total of 32 young table tennis students were selected as experimental objects to explore the influence of core strength on the quality of the forehand pull of young table tennis students.The results show that:1.There is a significant difference in the number of consecutive forehand pull-balls of young table tennis players in the experimental group before and after the experiment;However,there was no significant difference in the number of consecutive forehand draws in the control group.It shows that core strength training can improve the number of forehand continuous pull shots of young table tennis students.2.After the experiment,there is a significant difference in the success rate of the forehand pulling of the young table tennis students in the experimental group;However,there was no significant difference in the success rate of forehand pulling in the control group.The results show that core strength training can improve the success rate of forehand pull of young table tennis students.3.After the experiment,there is a significant difference in the forehand speed of the experimental group.However,there was no significant difference in the speed of the young table tennis students in the control group.The results show that core strength training can improve the speed of the young table tennis students’ forehand pulling.4.After the experiment,there is a significant difference in the speed of the forehand pull-ball of the experimental group.However,there was no significant difference in the speed of forehand pull-ball in the control group.The results show that core strength training can improve the speed of the forehand pull of young table tennis students.5.After the experiment,there is a significant difference in the accuracy of the landing point of the forehand topspin ball of the experimental group,while there is no significant difference in the backspin ball;However,there was no significant difference in the accuracy of forehand pull point in the control group.The results show that core strength training can improve the accuracy of forehand drop of young table tennis students.
