With the arrival of knowledge economy, enterprises have put forward higher demand for people. On one hand, enterprises must train people to meet high demand, but the real training results of our enterprises are not good. On the other hand, because the idea of "people first" is gradually rooted in hearts, the flexible benefits method happens to offer a kind of thought for promoting training results and solves the rigidity problem in training. Under this situation, I propose the way of flexible benefits to solve training problem and set up enterprise's flexible training system.This text combines case analysis with theoretical research. In theoretical research, firstly, the thesis analyzes the questions that appear in training and thinks the flexible benefits method can offer systematized thought and demand standard for training. Secondly, the thesis has mainly explained the application of flexible benefits methodin- training--the construction of flexible training system. The text thinks flexibletraining can meet staff's diversified demand and follow certain principle. The thesis also puts forward the concrete content of flexible training system, including the foundation of flexible training account and the management procedure and the four mechanisms of flexible training.In case analysis, the thesis proceeds from actual training state of Jinpu Group and uses the flexible training method put forward in this text to inspect the result and insufficiency in practice.
