Secondary vocational education plays an important role in our country's vocational education system,and undertakes the task of transferring labor and skilled talents for economic and social development.With the introduction of a series of policies in the past two years,secondary vocational education is about to face the spring of reform and enter a period of rapid development.Teachers' strength is the key factor of the development of secondary vocational education,which is related to its sustainable development.However,with the social diversification,increasing competition pressure and other factors from teachers' personal,social and school,the phenomenon of Vocational Burnout of secondary vocational school teachers gradually appears,which affects the enthusiasm of teachers' work and brings hidden dangers for the healthy development of secondary vocational education.In recent years,job burnout as a mental sub-health state is more and more well known,teachers,nurses and other long-term help positions are high-risk occupation of job burnout.How to find the job burnout of secondary vocational school teachers as early as possible and how to prevent and alleviate the job burnout have attracted enough attention.Based on the theory of combing and studying the existing literature of teachers' job burnout at home and abroad,this paper uses the method of questionnaire and interview survey to investigate 197 teachers from three secondary vocational schools in Shijiazhuang City,Hebei Province,and makes statistical analysis of the survey results.At the same time,four schools are selected from the three participating schools The purpose of this paper is to analyze and summarize the current situation and causes of teachers' burnout in secondary vocational schools in this area.According to the survey,more than half of the teachers in the secondary vocational school have mild burnout,the proportion of high burnout is 1.8%,and 22.2% of the teachers have moderate burnout.All dimensions show characteristics: there is mild emotional exhaustion and low sense of achievement,but there is no problem of depersonalization.On the basis of investigation and analysis,the paper puts forward the countermeasures to alleviate the teachers' job burnout from three aspects: Teachers' personal level,society and government level,school level,so as to help teachers confront and prevent the job burnout,improve the development ability of teachers' specialization,and promote the healthy development of secondary vocational education.
