In recent years, job burnout is a subject which has important application value in psychology and pedagogy research. Job burnout is a kind of professional pressure which refers to the individual state and interpersonal tension stress reaction in the professional environment of long-term emotional stress. It shows a series of physiological and psychological syndrome because of working under pressure and produces physical and mental fatigue and depletion.Relative to other professions, teachers’job burnout has its general character and individual character. Generally speaking. teachers’job burnout refers to a kind of extreme reaction of teachers because of not dealing with work pressure well. Unfortunately, the secondary vocational education development in our country is relatively slow compared with the ordinary high school. The secondary vocational education is the weak link of the whole education in our country. Therefore, the problems of teachers’job burnout in secondary vocational schools become more and more prominent. So the research of teachers’ job burnout problems in secondary vocational schools not only has important theoretical meanings but also has realistic meanings.At first, this thesis gives a clear demarcation on the concept of job burnout and makes inductive analysis on the domestic and foreign relevant theory.Then the paper analyzes the current situation and do empirical research according to teachers’ job burnout in secondary vocational school. According to the theory knowledge learned during the study, combined with my own experience of12years’work in the secondary vocational school, the writer pertinently make this test scale, and use statistics of sample selection theory,data statistics and analysis. Use the scale, I carries on the investigation and study the teachers’ job burnout situation of secondary vocational technical school in Changsha city. The writer try to find out the causes of teachers’ job burnout in secondary vocational technical school through a large number of visit and investigation, collection and analysis of data. The causes mainly comes from teachers’ survival pressure, the worry of the career for the sustainable development, the lack of professional achievement and narrow social circle. And the writer pertinently put forward the feasible countermeasures and suggestions.
