Defects are usually manifested as a low level of self-esteem,which is an assessment of people's social interaction, learning ability,self-esteem,appearance and physical and emotional.Visually impaired children as a group of visually impaired groups, because the loss and abnormality of visual function during the growth process will cause many psychological problems(inferiority complex, anxiety, communication disorders, depression, etc.),and visual impairment children are generally more defective than normal people high.Family caregivers of visually impaired children spend more time, money and effort than normal children 's families in the process of raising children, which puts a heavy load on the caregiver ' s physical and mental, economic and social interactions. In the case of continuous consumption for a long time, the various balances of the body are constantly broken, and a sense of burnout will occur over time. This study takes visually impaired children and their family caregivers as the research objects, investigates the visually impaired children's sense of deficiency and parental care burnout, and combines the two factors of caregiver load and social support to study the differences and correlations. In addition, this study made a regulated intermediary model of visual impairment children's sense of defect and care burnout, effectively combining the mediating effect of family caregiver's care load and the regulatory role of social support, and deeply explored how the sense of defect affects care Burnout and whether this effect is different under different social support. Finally, the results of this study are discussed and reasonable suggestions are made. The results of this study found that:(1)Children with visual impairment in different age groups have significant differences in the sense of defect, and the scores of the sense of defect are 6-10 years old> 16-20 years old> 11-15 years old.(2)Whether children with only children have visual impairments are significantly different in defect sense, and the defect sense of only children is higher than that of non-only children.(3)Children with visual impairments of different genders have significant differences in the care load, and the load for caring for males with visual impairment is heavier than that for females.(4)Children with visual impairments in different age groups have significant differences in the care load, and the scores in terms of care load are 6 ~ 10 years old> 11 ~ 15 years old>16 ~ 20 years old.(5)Children with visual impairments with different levels of obstacles have no significant differences in sense of defect, care burnout, care load, and social support.(6)Defective sense of visually impaired children was positively correlated with care burnout;defect sense was positively correlated with care load;care load was positively correlated with care burnout;care load was negatively correlated with social support.(7)Care load plays an incomplete mediation effect in the sense of defect and care burnout;social support is the moderating variable of the relationship between care load mediation defect and care burnout.
