A Study On Care Experience Of Family Caregivers Of Hearing Impaired Children From The Perspective Of Family Resilience

Hearing impaired with children's life,not only affect their normal life,sometimes also bring a lot of inconvenience or danger.At the same time,such distress has brought tremendous pressure and burden on families,so that caregivers of the mentally retarded children also face many difficulties,and their care experience is mainly based on negative experiences.If not adjusted,it is easy to make caregivers have anxiety,depression and other psychological problems,but also not conducive to the healthy development of hearing-impaired children.Therefore,it is particularly important to pay attention to the physical and psychological condition of the home caregivers of the impaired children,reduce their negative experiences and promote their physical and mental balance and adaptation.Through reading a large number of literatures,the author finds that the previous researches focus on the discussion of resistance from the personal level of caregivers,and lack of research on the resilience from the family and other organizations.Therefore,in this study,the author tries to find out from the family protection factor to enhance family resilience,thus improving the personal care experience and reducing the negative experience caregivers take care of.The research object of this article are some families have hearing impaired children in the third grade of a deaf school.Through in-depth interviews,the main negative experiences of family caregivers of hearing impaired children are manifested as physical exertion and mental exhaustion.The reasons are mostly from improper family structure,Uncoordinated family relationships,poor family communication and lack of personal beliefs.According to these problems and the causes,the author explores from the perspective of family resilience and explores individuals from three aspects:family organization,family belief system and family communication mode Take care of the problems of family resilience reflected in the back of the experience,and take appropriate measures to enhance family resilience and enhance the caregivers' care experience.Through ZBI,PAC two scales before and after the survey conducted survey analysis of the interviewees,concluded that the improvement of family resilience can to some extent improve the family caregiver care experience,reduce their negative experience.In summary,this article provides a new perspective and concept for serving family caregivers of children with hearing impairment,which is of great significance for enriching the practical study of family caregivers in hearing impaired children.
