Learning burnout refers to an individual's tiredness,slackness,and even resistance due to excessive exhaustion of psychological resources.It is a kind of bad psychological state that affects the learning efficiency of students and has a great negative impact on students' physical and mental growth.Middle school students are at an important stage of their physical and mental development,their mental development is not yet fully mature,their values are not clear,but at the same time,they are also facing a large academic burden and pressure for further examinations.Under such circumstances,students are prone to psychological problems such as learning slack,which has become a "psychological threshold" that many middle school students will face in the process of learning and growth.In order to understand the current situation of middle school students' learning burnout and propose effective education countermeasures,this paper,based on the review of relevant literature at home and abroad,and uses the "Social Support Scale","Youth Values Questionnaire" and "Learning Burnout Scale",and takes 625 middle school students in Handan City as the research object,discusses the characteristics and relations of middle school students' learning burnout,values and social support,and in the process of daily education and teaching,through improving the values and social support of middle school students,we can reduce their learning burnout,and try to put forward educational countermeasures to alleviate their learning burnout.This study is divided into two parts: the first part is a study on the characteristics of middle school students' learning burnout,values and social support,and describes the differences of students' psychology in grade,gender,residence,the only child or not;and exploring the relationship between the three variables,analyzing the intermediary role of values in social support and learning burnout;the second part puts forward the educational countermeasures for middle school students' learning burnout.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)In the aspect of middle school students' learning burnout,their sense of learning efficacy is low.There are significant differences in grade,residence,the only child or not.(2)Middle school students' values score is high,and there are significant differences in gender and grade.(3)The social support of middle school students is in the middle level,and there are significant differences in gender,grade,only child or not.(4)The part of values mediates the relationship between social support and learning burnout.Social support not only directly affects learning burnout,but also affects learning burnout through values.(5)The educational countermeasures for middle school students' learning burnout can effectively adjust their values,improve their social support level and reduce their learning burnout.
