At present,learning burnout has become an important factor affecting the physical and mental health,learning effect and teaching quality of middle school students.It is urgent to ease the study of students'learning burnout.The generation of learning burnout is the result of the combined effects of external factors and internal factors.At present,school education is mainly devoted to the intervention of external conditions such as teacher quality and school running conditions,and less attention to the internal factors of students.Social support as an external factor,core self-evaluation as a personal factor,how much do they affect learning burnout?What is the relationship between the three?This series of questions deserves further exploration.In this paper,we will use the 222 junior high school students from Yanji Korean N ational Middle School as the research object,using the Core Self-Evaluation Scale(CSES)compiled by Judge.revised by Du Jianzheng and Zhang Xiang,and the Social Support Scale compiled by Xiao Shuiyuan.(SSRS)and the "Student Burnout Questionnaire for Middle School Students" compiled by Hu Qiao and Dai Chunlin conducted a questionnaire survey.At the same time,using the "Student Burnout Questionnaire for Middle School Students" compiled by Hu Qiao and Dai Chunlin,456 junior high school students from Yanji City General Middle School were selected as subjects to investigate the current situation of junior high school students' learning burnout.Through the collation and analysis of data,this paper draws the following conclusions:(1)The learning burnout of Korean junior high school students is at a middle-lower level,which is consistent with the current situation of junior high school students' learning burnout.(2)There is a significant difference in learning burnout among Korean junior high school students of different grades.The learning burnout of Korean junior high school students in the second grade is significantly higher than the other two grades.There is a significant difference in learning burnout among Korean junior high school students of different genders.(3)The social support of Korean junior high school students is at a medium level.Among them,the level of objective support is low,and the subjective support and the utilization of support are at the upper-middle level.The social support of Korean junior high school students in the second grade is significantly lower than the other two grades.(4)The core self-evaluation of Korean junior high school students is at a moderately low level,and the core self-evaluation of Korean junior high school students in the second grade is significantly lower than the other two grades.(5)Social support and core self-evaluation are significantly negatively correlated with learning burnout,and both can negatively predict the learning burnout of Korean junior high school students.By providing students with good social support and improving their core self-evaluation,they can alleviate the learning burnout of Korean junior high school students.According to the research results,the following education suggestions are proposed from three aspects:school,teacher and family:(1)schools should optimize the school environment;pay attention to the construction and development of relevant courses;improve the quality of teachers(2)teachers can pass Class management,classroom management and other methods provide students with self-exhibition platform;they can alleviate the learning burnout of Korean junior high school students through positive encouragement and optimization of teaching strategies.(3)Pay attention to family education,pay attention to family communication;provide flexible family support;and provide good emotional support.(4)Pay attention to the learning situation of the second grade students,flexible teaching,adjust the difficulty of the course,and cultivate students' interest in learning.
