| Nowadays, students’ learning burnout is becoming younger and younger. Many primary school students have academic problems, which damage their learning motivation(Jacobs & Dodd,2003),and even cause serious psychological problems, which will endanger the future development of society(kokkinos, panayiotou & davazoglou,2005).Therefore,the discussion of students’ learning burnout and its related influence mechanism can help educators find and prevent students’ learning burnout, and then maintain students’ physical and mental development. The factors causing students’ learning burnout are not only learning, but also various events in school, family and social support system. The study found that there was a significant positive correlation between life events and learning burnout(Hu Qiaofei,2019;Huang & Lin,2010;dyrbye,Thomas et al.,2006).Observing the influence of life events on Pupils’ learning burnout from the CPI model of stress, that is,the cognitive phenomenological interaction theory model,Individuals will produce stress response(learning burnout)under the influence of various stressors(i.e.life events)(Li Yongxin,Zhou Guangya,2008;Liu Xiaoyu et al.,2018;Hou Xujing et al.,2019).This paper explores the relationship between internal and external resources. As an external reason that has a major impact on individual activities, social support has a great impact on the mental health of primary school students. With the grade growth of primary school students, primary school students will face more learning tasks and experience more academic failures, and their psychological elasticity will become stronger and stronger. This study explores the relationship between primary school students’ life events, psychological resilience, social support and learning burnout, and discusses the internal and external influence mechanism of life events on learning burnout,so as to maintain the healthy development of teenagers’ body and mind.Taking the adolescent life events scale, adolescent psychological resilience scale, adolescent social support evaluation scale and adolescent learning burnout scale as measurement tools, this paper investigates 520 primary school students in a primary school in Chengdu, and makes statistical analysis on the data with SPSS 19.0 and Amos 24.0 to understand the primary school students’ life events, resilience, social support The level of learning burnout, explore the relationship between the four, and then explore the ways and methods to alleviate primary school students’ learning burnout. The results show that:1.Compared with the middle value of each scale, the social support and psychological elasticity of primary school students are at a medium level, and the life events and learning burnout of students are at a low level;2.Pupils’ life events, psychological resilience and social support show significant differences in some demographic variables, but there is no significant difference in learning burnout;3.There is a significant positive correlation between primary school students’ life events, social support, psychological elasticity and learning burnout;4.Primary school students’ psychological resilience plays a partial mediating effect on the relationship between life events and learning burnout, but social support has no mediating effect on the relationship between life events and learning burnout;5.Pupils’ psychological resilience and social support play a chain intermediary role in life events and learning burnout.Based on the above results,we can conclude that life events can negatively predict learning burnout, and psychological resilience and social support play a chain mediating role between life events and learning burnout. |
