| In recent years,with the rapid development of handball in the world,the rules of handball game are gradually improving,which makes handball more intense.Handball is a kind of contact sport with strong physical antagonism against collective ball events in the same field.With the increase of handball intensity,the physical fitness level of players is also a factor affecting the results of the game.As the basis of physical ability level,the strength quality of athletes is also concerned in physical training.With the development of science and technology,digital physical training has gradually become the development trend of guiding training,making training methods more and more scientific.Among them,KAATSU Training is a new training method in physical training.It has been preliminarily confirmed in the muscle growth and strength training effect of the general population by virtue of its low intensity and high safety.Objective: Through the intervention of lower limb KAATSU Training on High-level Men's handball players,this study explored the influence of pressure training on body composition,lower limb muscle circumference,muscle strength,explosive force,speed and sensitivity of High-level Men's handball players.Research methods: literature,experiment and mathematical statistics were used in this study.Looking up the information about handball characteristics,KAATSU Training mechanism and physical training at home and abroad provides a full and reliable theoretical support for this paper.16 male handball players of Beijing handball team were selected as the experimental objects.The subjects were randomly divided into two groups,8 in each group.The experimental group received low-intensity squat training under the condition of KAATSU Training,and the control group received traditional strength squat training under the condition of no pressure.After 8 weeks of experiment,the changes of body composition,body circumference,isokinetic muscle strength of knee joint,maximum squat strength,explosive force of lower limbs,speed quality and sensitivity quality of athletes were compared.Finally,through Excel2010 and SPSS23.0 before and after the experiment data statistics and collation,and analysis.Research results:(1)After the training,the body weight and BMI of the pressure training group were significantly improved(P<0.01),the muscle quality was significantly improved(P<0.05);the indexes of the traditional training group were not significantly imProved(P > 0.05).(2)In the muscle circumference test after the experiment,the circumference of left and right thighs and right calves in the KAATSU Training group were significantly increased(P<0.01),and the circumference of buttocks and left calves were significantly increased(P<0.05);in the traditional training group,there was no significant change in the muscle circumference of all parts(P>0.05),and the circumference of left thighs and right calves was slightly decreased.(3)In the maximum strength test of squat after the experiment,the KAATSU Training group squat 1RM(P<0.01);the traditional training group squat 1RM(P<0.05).(4)In the 60°/s isokinetic peak torque test of knee joint,the left knee extensor was significantly improved in the pressure training group(P < 0.01),the right knee extensor was significantly improved(P < 0.05),and the left and right knee flexor were not significantly improved(P > 0.05);the left and right knee extensor and left knee flexor were significantly improved in the traditional training group(P < 0.05),and the right knee flexor was not significantly improved(P > 0.05))In the 60°/s isokinetic Peak moment body weight ratio test of knee joint,the flexion and extensor muscles of knee joint in the compression training group were not significantly increased(P > 0.05);in the traditional training group,except for the left knee extensor muscle weight ratio(P < 0.05),the rest were not significantly increased(P > 0.05).However,there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).(5)In the explosive force test,the jumping height of the two jumping modes of the subjects in the two grouPs was significantly increased(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(6)In the 30 meter speed test,there was no significant improvement in the 30 meter speed between the two groups(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(7)In the sensitive quality test,the t-test of the two groups was significantly improved(P < 0.01),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion:(1)After 8 weeks of lower limb compression training,the muscle increasing effect of high-level athletes is significant,and the muscle volume and muscle circumference have been effectively improved.(2)Eight weeks of lower limb compression training can effectively improve the maximum strength of lower limb squat and the peak torque of knee joint muscles of high-level athletes.(3)After 8 weeks of experiment,the training effect of lower limb KAATSU Training on the explosive force and sensitive quality of lower limbs of high-level athletes is similar to that of traditional strength training,but has little effect on the speed quality. |
