The short-term intensive training is a kind of high quality training which consists of several weeks' training.Its main purpose is to allow the athletes to achieve the best competitive ability during the competition,so as to assure fruitful results.As China's training system upgrades,short-term intensive training has become the main form for Chinese athletes to participate in competitions.Adopting the literature material method,interview method,observation method,test method,survey method,video analysis,on-the-spot technical statistics and mathematical statistics and other research methods,the writer selects the short-term training for China-Japan-Korea youth games by the 18 Chinese players of national youth handball team as research object.This paper mainly aims at investigating and analyzing the training ideas,plans,physical training,tactical training,training,training methods and means and the training effect and other elements of the short term training,summarizing the basic characteristics of the youth handball team in short-term training in our country and pointing out the defects of training for the future of our country young man handball team with reference for its scientific,empirical training to enrich short-term intensive training theory.The research conclusions are as follows:1.The eight-week short-term intensive training adopts the single-cycle,single-peak training mode,and the training cycle is divided into four stages:adaptation and recovery,basic training,pre-competition induction and competition.In adaptation and recovery stage,low intensity and low amount of training are mainly used to gradually restore the physical quality of athletes.Basic training stage takes the physical training as the core,the passing and catching skills training as the auxiliary,the medium training load and intensity,improves the physical quality of the athletes;In pre-competition induction stage,the special quality of athletes was strengthened,and the psychological quality and tactical awareness of the athletes were cultivated with the load and intensity exceeding the competition,so as to adjust the athletes' competitive ability to the best.During competition stage,the athletes' physical fitness is adjusted,the total load is gradually reduced,the load intensity is increased,the proportion of physical training is gradually reduced,and the proportion of technical and tactical training is gradually increased.Physical training and technical&tactical training in each stage of the different arrangement of hours,methods and means of emphasis are customized.2.In the physical training,according to the characteristics of the growth and development of young men and the winning rule of handball,the targeted strength training is developed.The fast strength and maximum strength are mainly developed by group circulation,and the core strength training runs through the training.3.Speed quality training focuses on improving absolute speed and speed endurance.Aiming at the problem of sports injury easily caused by athletes' shoulder joint and knee joint,the fixed traction technology and special exercises of shoulder joint are adopted to enhance the flexibility of shoulder joint.4.The technical training mainly includes two kinds of training,namely passing&catching the ball and attacking&defending skills.It adopts the method of over-match load and simulation training to simulate the real situation of the game,so as to enhance the players' awareness of attacking and defending and their actual combat ability,so as to make adequate preparations for China-Japan-Korea youth games or other world class competitions.The above training allows the players to steadily improve their passing&catching the ball skills and effectively enhance the awareness of offense and defense in the competition.5.Tactical training mainly includes fast attack tactics and position attack tactics.Through the training of two to two,three to three local combat technology cooperation,we should grasp the key links such as the reasonable movement and cooperation technology of tactical cooperation.
