| Research Objectives: The development of strength quality and special physical fitness in basketball physical training is an important factor affecting the athletic ability of athletes. At present,high-intensity resistance training is the most effective way to improve strength quality, but also has some disadvantages, such as long training period, single stimulation, unable to combine with special sports intensity, high sports injury rate.KAATSU Training,as a novel and effective training method, has been widely used in sports training, rehabilitation treatment and other fields due to its characteristics of low training intensity and high safety.Through the intervention of KAATSU Training for basketball students,to explore the influence of pressure training on basketball students’ lower limb maximum strength, explosive power and athletic performance. And by comparing the two training methods with the conventional training, the differences between the two training methods are compared to provide some reference and suggestions for basketball students to carry out physical training, and at the same time provide a good alternative method for basketball students who can not carry out heavy weight training.Research Methods: This study adopts the method of literature, experiment and quantitative statistics. This paper provides theoretical support by referring to domestic and foreign information about KAATSU Training and physical training.Select 16 xi’an sports college basketball special students as subjects, were randomly divided into KAATSU Training group and routine training group, each group of eight people, the KAATSU Training group under the condition of pressure(200 mm Hg)to 5.8 m basketball footwork, vaulting box(45 cm),20 m sprints, low intensity(30%1RM),squat exercises, routine training for 5.88 m basketball footwork, vaulting box(45 cm),20 m sprints, high strength(85%1RM),squat exercises. After six weeks of intervention, the changes of 1RM barbell squat, peak torque, vertical jump in place, average power,3/4 sprinting on the basketball court, approach touch height, and sensitivity test indexes of the subjects in the restricted area were compared. Finally,Excel and SPSS were used to analyze the data before and after the experiment.Research results:(1)Compared with before intervention,1RM barbell squat, peak torque, vertical jump in place, average power, sprinting on 3/4 basketball court, touch height of approach and sensitivity test of restricted area were significantly improved in KAATSU Training group and routine training group after intervention, and there were significant differences(P<0.01).(2)Compared with the routine training group, there were no significant differences in1 RM barbell squat, peak torque, vertical jump in place, average power, sprinting on 3/4basketball court, touch height of approach and sensitivity in the restricted area in the post-intervention KAATSU Training group(P>0.05).Conclusions:(1)Six weeks of KAATSU Training can effectively improve the basketball students’ maximum strength of lower limbs, and can achieve the training effect similar to the high-intensity resistance training.(2)Six weeks of KAATSU Training can effectively improve the explosive power of lower limbs of basketball students, from the change range of maximum power and explosive power.Compared with the conventional training, the effect of KAATSU Training on the conversion of explosive force is more efficient.(3)The application of KAATSU Training in basketball special physical training can improve the special sports performance ability, the effect of 6-week training is similar to that of routine training,KAATSU Training has certain advantages in terms of improving value. |
