In recent years,our country various areas have been stepping up its talent introduction,form a "talent grab" situation,search firms play an important role in the talent introduction,with headhunting industry booming,the number of headhunters will inevitably lead to more intense market competition,the major international headhunting company has been in market in our country,large domestic local headhunter business concentration is higher and higher,the survival of small and medium-sized headhunters space is compressed,faced with more and more severe challenges.XZ headhunting company is a small and medium-sized enterprise,which has accumulated a certain reputation after long-term development in the headhunting industry.However,its brand comprehensive effect is not high,the product is single,the core competitiveness is not strong,and the company's development strategy is unclear.In order to improve the company's ability of sustainable development,it is urgent to conduct in-depth research on the company's development strategy.Firstly,on the basis of relevant theories,this paper analyzes the external environment of XZ headhunting company from the perspectives of macro environment and industry competition,and analyzes the internal environment of the company through questionnaire survey of stakeholders.Then,using matrix analysis method to evaluate the company internal and external environment,the screening through internal and external environment of the key factors to the company,to build the SWOT model,analyzes the company locates the challenge and opportunity has advantages and disadvantages of using hierarchical analysis method,determine the choice type for the XZ headhunting company strategy development should be based on the differentiation strategy,the implementation of diversified development strategy;Finally,the company's development strategy planning,clear implementation steps of the strategy,and further put forward the development strategy of the safeguard measures.Through research,it is concluded that in the current stage of development,XZ headhunting company improves its comprehensive competitiveness by implementing diversification strategy based on differentiation.Differentiation strategy should dig deep into the deep demand of the market,find the market demand points,and actively develop new customers,expand the company's service scope,improve the service ability.Diversification strategy should strengthen the recruitment process outsourcing business,talent evaluation business and human resource management consulting business on the basis of the current headhunting business and relevant advantageous resources.Under the requirements of the principle of rationality,contingency and unified command,the implementation of the strategy is guaranteed from improving the corporate governance structure,innovating the organizational structure,optimizing the performance appraisal mechanism,improving the corporate culture and promoting brand building,strengthening the construction of information system and other aspects.
