Quality education and new curriculum reform of basic education put forward new requirements for traditional middle school education,requiring colleges and universities to adapt to students' individual development,respect students' personality,carry out teaching activities consistent with students' abilities,and meet the educational needs of different students.Hierarchical classes meet the requirements of the new curriculum reform to a great extent.We should carry out hierarchical education according to the abilities of different students,fully stimulate the enthusiasm of students,meet the requirements of different students,and maximize the teaching effect.However,although it can meet the needs of different students according to the characteristics of the students,there are also corresponding problems in practice.Especially under the background of the stratified class,the management of students encounters many difficulties.The most obvious focus is on the management of course selection,daily management,classroom management,teaching model management and other major aspects.Only by overcoming these problems can we promote the better development of hierarchical class-walking and ensure that the student management can be optimized under the background of hierarchical class-walking.Based on this,this paper focuses on the strategy of student management under the background of hierarchical class-walking.Taking the third grade of G middle school as an example,it explores the main problems existing in student management under the hierarchical class-walking model of G middle school,and formulates corresponding countermeasures to ensure the stratification.Class walking can bring the greatest convenience to students.This paper focuses on the strategy of student management under the background of hierarchical class-walking.Starting from the relevant research background and significance,it elaborates the basic theoretical concepts of hierarchical class-walking and student management.Based on the theory of multiple intelligence and constructivism,it studies the whole paper,and compares hierarchical class-walking with traditional teaching,focusing on the following aspects: The advantages of the hierarchical class-walking education model are highlighted through the comparison of student groups,teaching objectives,teaching links,evaluation methods and school management.Taking the management of three-tier walking class in G middle school as a case study,this paper uses case analysis and questionnaire survey to analyze the current situation of the management of three-tier walking class in G middle school,and finds out the main problems.The corresponding problem formulation solution countermeasure,guarantees G middle school three levels walk class student management to realize the optimization.Through the relevant research in this paper,the following main conclusions are drawn: first,the hierarchical class-walking teaching model has advantages,especially in the teaching objectives,teaching links,evaluation methods,school management and other aspects;second,there are corresponding problems in the hierarchical class-walking teaching model,mainly focusing on course selection management,daily management,classroom management,moral education management and other major aspects.Thirdly,we should formulate the optimization strategy of the hierarchical class-walking teaching mode,which mainly includes adopting the combined course-selecting mode,concurrent teaching-in-class system and tutorial system,optimizing the space design of teachers,and constructing scientific teaching model.
