A Study On The Optimization Of Students' Semi-militarization Management In Zhoukou Vocational College Of Science And Technology

With the pursuit of material interests and the realization of the thought of self-happiness,social trust and participation,the decline of social responsibility,the crisis of trust and the collapse of traditional morality have had a negative impact on the values of students in higher vocational colleges.At the same time,with the progress of the society and the development of the economy,there is a big gap between the comprehensive literacy promotion and the social development of the higher vocational colleges,especially the students of private higher vocational colleges.How to face the challenges of the new era and reduce the gap is the key question that the higher vocational education needs to face in China.In this context,the Zhoukou science and technology Career Academy,which has poor quality,is located in the remote suburb,in order to further strengthen the ideological and political work of college students,strengthen the organization and discipline of the students,and maintain the rapid and healthy development of the school.In 2008,the students' semi military management began to be carried out in an all-round way,and the comprehensive quality of the students was emphasized.At the same time,the individualized management should be strengthened.To cultivate a good atmosphere for students and further strengthen discipline education is of great strategic significance not only for students,but also for the society and the country.However,there are many problems in the process of semi militarized management in Zhoukou science and technology Career Academy,such as unreasonable semi military management mechanism,unscientific management methods,inadequate guarantee of conditions,outstanding psychological health and personality development of students,and urgent need to strengthen the cultural construction of semi military management.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to solve the problems in the process of semi militarization management and propose targeted countermeasures.The main purpose of this study is to study the status of the semi militarized management of students in Zhoukou science and technology Career Academy,through the study of the students' semi militarized management theory.Through Zhengzhou trade and trade tourism,Career Academy,Luohe food Career Academy,Nanyang Career Academy,Chongqing energy sector,The contents and problems of semi military management of similar private higher vocational colleges,such as Hong Zhou Career Academy,Jiangxi,are compared,and the problems in the semi military management of Zhoukou science and technology Career Academy are emphatically analyzed,and the optimization strategy of semi military management of Zhoukou science and technology Career Academy is put forward.Through this study,it can provide theoretical and practical guidance to the semi military management of students in private higher vocational colleges,and provide reference for the students' management of Zhoukou science and technology Career Academy,Henan and even the national private higher vocational colleges.This study is divided into six parts:introduction,definition and theoretical basis,the status analysis of the semi military management of students in Zhoukou science and technology,the existing problems and reasons,the optimization strategy,the conclusion and so on.Among them,the introduction includes the background and significance of the topic,literature review and research methods at home and abroad.The concept definition and theoretical basis part of private colleges and universities,private higher vocational college students management,private higher vocational college students semi military management and characteristics are defined,at the same time,put forward scientific management and people-oriented research theory.In the current situation analysis of students' semi military management,the summary of the development of the semi militarized management of students in Zhoukou science and technology Career Academy is outlined,and the needs of cultivating students' good habits,improving the quality of students and education,strengthening the needs of students' Ideological and political work,and ensuring the safety and stability of students and schools,are put forward.It is only to carry out the we should strengthen the management of people-oriented,and fully combine the management of the semi military and the people-oriented management,so as to achieve a new and scientific management model of human nature.The optimization strategy adopted in this paper also provides some reference for the management of students in similar private higher vocational colleges.
