Status Analysis And Countermeasures Study On Scientific Research Incentive System In Brilliant Vocational College

Under the Brilliant universities and colleges construction,the competition is very fierce.It's worthy of the manager to consider the higher vocational school how to come to the fore.Only by standing at the commanding point,having distant position,prospective and creative thought,the higher vocational school can hold the initiative.Teaching and scientific research are the higher vocational school's important working content,they have the same status.If just paying attention to the teaching and ignoring scientific research,the higher vocational school won't contribute to the economy society.Therefore,the higher vocational school should constantly improve scientific research ability and commercializing research results ability.However,the scientific research work in vocational colleges are still in initial stage and the system of teacher scientific research motivation is not complete.Firstly,this paper analyses some relevant document materials,becomes literature review,and lays the foundation of latter research.Using individual survey,Taking Y Vocational College as an example,by analyzing questionnaire survey results of teachers 'scientific attitude,motive force and difficulties about college research incentive's satisfaction degree.According to the research,the paper finds out problems and disadvantages of scientific research motivation system in Y Vocational College.Then,Combining the study results with the writer ' s working experience,this paper raises some strategies about advancing higher vocational colleges ' teacher scientific research motivation system based on Y Vocational College.This paper put forward following suggestions: cultivating higher vocational colleges ' scientific research culture,improving scientificresearch management system,reforming salary system,modifying assessment and evaluation mechanism and paying great attention to higher vocational colleges' spiritual needs.In a word,higher vocational colleges should satisfy teachers' demand,improving various scientific research motivation means and showing the humanity care.Building favorable scientific research environment and consummating scientific research management system,improve teachers ' scientific research motivation and scientific research ability.
