Rapid social development and economic globalization of higher education has brought new opportunities, our country has entered a "mass higher education" stage. The effectiveness of management, the idea of reform and development, China's vocational institutions generally internal management system reform, to take a variety of incentives to strengthen the position of awareness, regulate the internal management, improve operating efficiency and quality . Can be said that these measures have achieved considerable success, the initial mobilization of the enthusiasm of teachers in higher vocational colleges, vocational colleges avoid a brain drain. However, due to a number of incentives to defect, the effectiveness of existing incentives to decline gradually, not very well play the role of incentives, the management of vocational colleges are facing a crisis.In this paper, vocational college teachers, incentives for the construction of the problem, begins by describing the major incentives and incentive motivation theory and related concepts, followed by the summary of our teachers in higher vocational colleges incentives to domestic and international status quo, while revealing China's vocational college teachers incentive problems. Finally, a vocational college, for example to further explore the establishment of effective and reasonable incentives for teachers in higher vocational colleges, vocational institutions, to mobilize the majority of the work of teachers initiative, enthusiasm and creativity; improve work efficiency, broadening the a new way.
