The study on the development of private colleges is of great significance to the reform and innovation of China’s higher education system,the modernization and popularization of higher education,and the further economic and social development.However,the construction of teaching staff is the main factor restricting the development of private colleges.At present,the problems that exist in private colleges and universities are widespread:the structure of the teachers ’ranks is unreasonable,the stability is poor,the teachers lack trust,sense of belonging,security and sense of responsibility,the teachers’ professional development,the teachers ’lack of support,and the training opportunities are limited.Wait.To improve the quality of private colleges and universities,the construction of teachers is fundamental.Optimizing the structure of teachers ’ranks has become an urgent problem that private college teachers need to pay attention to and solve.Based on college C and its professional development path of teachers staff,this paper explores the different needs of teachers in various stages of professional development,and constructs corresponding incentive mechanism to stabilize the team,attract talents,and optimizing the structure of teachers staff.Study to learn from a lot of literature research,combining the theory of maslow’s hierarchy of needs and double factors such as fair,to discuss relevant incentive methods for C college teachers’ professional development of five stages,using the survey method,the institute of C 2015-2017,146 teachers leaving reason,and in 241 teachers incentive satisfaction investigate,explore in different stages of development differences and characteristics of the demand for incentives,and to build with forward and strengthen the incentive mechanism,to promote the incentive role of the teacher.On the basis of studying and drawing on a great deal of literature,this study discusses related incentive methods based on Maslow’s need level,double factors and fairness.According to the five stages of teachers ’professional development in C College,the reasons for the departure of 146 teachers in C College from 2015 to 2017 and themotivation satisfaction of 241 teachers in school were investigated using the survey method to investigate the differences in incentive needs at different stages of development.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the current incentive mechanism of the college,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions based on the characteristics of different stages of teachers ’professional development.The research also shows us,to motivated teachers staff in private colleges not only need colleges to change the strategy,build mechanism,but also need the participation of country、society、schools and teachers,etc.Otherwise,emancipate the mind,advancing with The Times,constantly find teachers incentive problems,and to seek the methods and ways to solve the problem in the process of improvement,will better promote the long-term development of higher education. |
