In junior high school Chinese teaching,reading teaching plays a vital role.At present,the traditional reading teaching is still in the stage of emphasizing knowledge transfer but neglecting ability cultivation.With the deepening of the new curriculum reform in recent years,the Chinese classroom has changed from "teaching class" to "learning activity",and the role of teachers and students has changed,which requires junior high school Chinese reading teaching must change the traditional teaching mode and introduce new teaching methods in line with The Times.Wei scholar put forward the "six-step teaching method" is a kind of different from the traditional teaching method,directional,self-study,discussion,answering questions,self-test,since the "six step runs through the whole process of teaching,give full play to the unique function of each step,embodies the democratic,students' subjectivity,the characteristics of flexibility,can effectively solve the plight of the current junior middle school language reading teaching,reading teaching brings new hope.In order to give full play to the advantages of the six-step teaching method,we need to be familiar with the stylistic features in junior high school Chinese textbooks.Taking the textbook edition compiled by the ministry of education as an example,the teaching of Chinese reading in junior high school is divided into ancient poetry teaching and modern literature teaching according to the categories of ancient and modern.In the concrete practice,according to the structure of all kinds of style,content,subject,characteristics as well as the learning of the students,give full play to the role of the six-step teaching method,have specific aim to design the teaching case,for the first-line teachers clarity in confusion,they should play the role of guiding,fully arouse the enthusiasm of learning.Finally,in order to test the implementation situation,taking lufeng middle school in guiyang county,chenzhou city,hunan province as an example,the effectiveness of the six-step teaching method was tested in this school.However,since any teaching method is not universal,six-step teaching method also needs to pay attention to some problems in the use process.In the practical application,it is necessary to flexibly select several steps,pay attention to the amount of students' homework,and constantly promote teaching on the basis of management,so that the six-step teaching can better serve the junior high school Chinese reading teaching.
