Research On The Construction Of New Professional Farmer Training National Standards

At present,the new type of professional farmer training involves a lot of questions,"who will train them?" "How?" "And" how to determine eligibility?" These problems have not been solved.In this context,it is urgent to establish national standards for training new professional farmers,and to regulate the training and qualification of new professional farmers in China from a macro perspective.Based on this,this study adopts the comparative method,literature research,interview method,based on the Qualification and Credit Framework(QCF)elements,structure,operation mechanism and its advantages and disadvantages of analysis,from the Angle of QCF to the realistic problems of the new professional farmers training in our country has carried on the comb,and based on the new professional farmers training logic combined with the analysis of the content of the national standard build QCF experience,put forward advice on training national standards to build new professional farmers.Research shows that the Qualification and Credit Framework(QCF)with its " integration of general education and vocational education " concept,flexible operational mechanism,perfect online qualification standard organization and the system construction and management platform,greatly improve the social recognition of the British vocational training,the framework for our new professional training and the training of national standard for farmers provided valuable experience and theoretical perspective.From the perspective of QCF,there are prominent problems in China's new professional farmer training,such as inconsistent classification standards,non-standard organization system,single training content and form,poor interworking mechanism of professional qualification,and imperfect legal system,which have exerted a negative impact on the implementation of China's new professional farmer training.Research suggests that our country should actively learn from British experience of professional qualification and credit framework,with personalized learning,farmer lifelong education,scientific management,civil participation is the basic idea,adhere to the principle of objectivity and practicality,normative and continuity,construct the national standard of professional farmer training.In the aspect of policy,we should carry out the new professional farmer "type-level-industry" qualification framework,to promote the unified management of professional farmer training.The establishment of "new professional farmers credit and qualification standards" to improve the flexibility of qualification acquisition and qualification conversion;The "self-training system for farmers" should be established to change the passive position of farmers in the training of new professional farmers.Promote the legal system construction of new professional farmer training,and provide policy and system guarantee for the implementation and management of training.Through the construction of the national standard for the training of new professional farmers,the standardization process of the training of new professional farmers in China is promoted,so as to improve the quality and efficiency of the training.
