??In the past 10 years,the Danish National Qualification Framework(DK NQF)has been constantly bringing forth the new through the old.??From 2006,after 7 years of exploration and systematic evaluation,DK NQF has been fully operational.DK NQF is guided by "learning outcomes",which aims to build a national qualification framework that meets the needs of the labor market of the knowledge society and realizes the strategic objectives of lifelong learning and lifelong education.From 2013 to now,the operation indexes of DK NQF have been improving day by day.At the present stage,DK NQF focuses on three major issues: the first is to develop sustainable education;the second is to build a holistic and cross-border mobile learning city;third,to strengthen communication in education and culture between Denmark and Non Danish countries.On the whole,the formulate and implementation of DK NQF,is conducive to the "qualifications" and " certificates" to achieve cross-border recognition in a transparent and open basis,is conducive to promoting the amalgamation of general education and vocational education in depth,is beneficial to realize the goal of lifelong learning strategy layout and the free flow of talents.This paper is composed of 5 parts:The first part introduces the background of the topic,the significance of the topic,the research content,the research methods,and so on.The second part discusses the formation stage and stage characteristics of the Danish National Qualification Framework.The third part focuses on the basic content of the Danish National Qualification Framework,including the overall objectives,key concepts,core elements,and the conversion relationship with the European Qualification Framework.The fourth part introduces the implementation of the Danish National Qualification Framework,including the main body and characteristics of the operating mechanism,the operation in the field of vocational education and training(VET),as well as the implementation of the study.The fifth part is the evaluation of the Danish National Qualification Framework system and the enlightenment gained from it.
