At present,the hearing-impaired population accounts for a quarter of China's total disabled population,a total of 2,004 million.With the emphasis and support on the cause of the disabled in China,the disabled population has gradually come into our vision from the edge of society.As the flowers of the motherland,the hearing-impaired youth should also receive more attention and support.Taking X special education school in H city as an example,this paper conducts group work intervention research with hearing-impaired students as the service object,so as to improve their sense of identity and promote their overall development of physical and mental health,so as to help them better integrate into the society after graduation.In this paper,the methods of participant observation,group work and unstructured interview are used to carry out the research,and the theory of self in the mirror and energy increasing is used as the theoretical support for the group work.Through the preliminary investigation of the hearing-impaired students in X School of H City participating in observation and scale measurement,the author finally selected a class of students as the service object of this group activity,with a total of 10 group members.In the "I am Me" group,the author took as the main goal to enhance personal confidence,stimulate personal potential and ultimately improve the sense of identity of hearing-impaired youth,and carried out six themed activities.After the end of the group,the author mainly investigates the group's effectiveness through two dimensions: process evaluation and effectiveness evaluation.Studies have found that using the team work to promote the identity of the deaf youth,through progressive group activities to exert a subtle influence on impact on team members,with the aid of easy team atmosphere,can better guide the team members overcome shy timid,make them in their interactions with others,to know themselves,gradually understand others perceptions of their own so as to realize the integration of "self" of the group in order to better adapt to the external environment,get rid of the label of marginal groups.Finally,combined with practical research,the author summarizes the parts that need to be improved and puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions from school and government levels,family levels and social work professional fields,so as to promote the application of group work in social work for the disabled and promote the all-round and diversified development of social work. |
