In the context of China's new curriculum reform in the 21 st century,the Ministry of Education has new requirements for elementary art education.The development and use of local cultural resources to adapt to local conditions and enrich primary school art classrooms have become the highlight of the new curriculum reform.Inner Mongolia 's profound and unique Cultural heritage and cultural resources are extremely valuable classroom teaching materials for art classrooms in Mongolian primary schools.The geographical location,economic development level,local culture,and educational conditions of Inner Mongolia are very different from those in other regions.The textbook used by the school is a nationally-recognized textbook for human education.Although it was later published by Inner Mongolia and added some local culture,it still failed to meet the requirements of ethnic primary schools for the study,inheritance,and protection of national culture,and the curriculum positioning of the art curriculum standard.The goals are also incompatible.Therefore,implementing the national,local,and school-level curriculum management system,improving local courses with local characteristics and school-based courses,and bringing cultural resources in Inner Mongolia into the art classrooms of Mongolian elementary schools are a focus of art classroom reform in the region.Inner Mongolia has a long history,a vast land and a wealth of resources.It has deep national heritage and rich national cultural resources.It is the responsibility of this generation of educators to properly develop and utilize these local cultural resources.Entering the classroom is the key to the culture of a nation Costume is an extremely important part.It carries the spiritual culture of a nation in a material form.Therefore,I focused on the breakthrough of clothing culture into the art class of Mongolian elementary schools as a breakthrough and set up a project.This article first analyzes the researchbackground of this topic from three aspects: the requirements for the reform of the art curriculum;the protection of the inheritance of national culture and the promotion of the economic needs of the ethnic areas;the art classroom and the Mongolian costumes;The relevant domestic and foreign policies related to the development and utilization of ethnic and local cultural resources are introduced into the classroom.Next,a study and investigation on the art teaching of Mongolian local culture in the classrooms of Mongolian primary schools was conducted.Make recommendations for common problems.This article focuses on the analysis of Mongolian costume characteristics and how to get the local minority cultural resources into the classroom: the principles that minority cultural resources must follow when entering the classroom,such as the principles of nationality,difference,practice,and era And the principle of openness;the mode of intervention in the classroom is mainly divided into the mode of teaching impact penetration,the mode of practice inside and outside the classroom,and the mode of intervention in school-based teaching;according to the previous research on Mongolian clothing,the subject is determined and the teaching design is carried out I took Ordos weddings and Mongolian embroidery craft appreciation as teaching subjects,and I had preliminary results.I made a preliminary idea of ??developing a school-based curriculum with my own national art characteristics.
