With karate sports officially enter the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games,the development of the karate in China such as the spring breeze,in the competition organization and competitive level have made remarkable achievements at the same time,how to cultivate a high levels of having both ability and political integrity,business comprehensive karate,referee,apparently,and is the inevitable requirement of healthy development of the karate project.Through the research,the following basic conclusions are drawn:1.The karate referee team in China is small in size,with reasonable distribution of referees at all levels.In addition,most of the judges in the karate referee team are newly promoted national referees aged from 20 to 39 years old.The number of female judges in the referee team is too small;Uneven distribution of karate referees;The majority of professional practitioners are in the sports industry,and they are mainly distributed in the sports field.2.The education of karate referees in China is mainly undergraduate,with a high overall education,but their English communication ability is generally weak,and their scientific research ability needs to be further improved.3.China's karate judges have a good grasp of the competition rules and the karate technical movements.The duration of arbitration is mainly within 5 years,and arbitration experience is relatively lacking.4.Chinese karate referees have the right motivation and love the referee career.The overall promotion intention is strong,but the habit of reading books about the referee is poor,lack of active learning consciousness;Some referees did not summarize after the match and lacked the sense of self-reflection.5.From the perspective of the referee,it is believed that an excellent referee should have high professional ethics,excellent business ability,excellent psychological quality,good physical quality,proficient foreign language ability,extensive social skills and good appearance;Karate referees in China think that their physical quality is good,but some of them are deficient in professional ethics andpsychological quality.6.Single referee training content;The promotion appraisal system is perfect,but the work appraisal is lax;The selection method lacks data support and the referee is not satisfied.The system of rewards and punishments lacks effectiveness,and the evaluation of rewards and punishments is relatively subjective.7.The karate referee believes that misjudgment and omission obviously exist in the process of adjudication;The professional quality,psychological quality,cultural quality and moral accomplishment of the judges should be further strengthened.8.The karate athletes are relatively satisfied with the overall judging level of the karate referee team in China,believing that the referees have a positive attitude and behavior,but bad words and deeds such as looking at mobile phones and taking casual actions often occur in the judging work.
