| In recent years,soccer in Lanzhou City is developing rapidly and tournaments at all levels are being held in an orderly manner,but the soccer referee team is still in the primary stage of development and cannot fully meet the needs of refereeing tournaments at all levels in Lanzhou City.As a key training association for referees of Gansu Provincial Football Association,Lanzhou Football Association is also responsible for delivering excellent referees for Gansu Provincial Football Association,so the most urgent task is to accelerate the development and construction of the soccer referee team in Lanzhou.This study takes the investigation of the current situation of the soccer referee team in Lanzhou City as the starting point,through the investigation and analysis of the basic situation,professional quality situation,self-cognition of refereeing work and management situation of the soccer referee team in Lanzhou City,to find out the advantages and shortcomings in the development of the soccer referee team in Lanzhou City,and to propose corresponding countermeasures,so as to provide reference for the Lanzhou Football Association to be able to cultivate more and better referees to promote the development and popularization of soccer in Lanzhou City.The following main conclusions were drawn from this study:1.The age of soccer referees in Lanzhou City is relatively young,and the referees mainly come from teachers and students,and have a certain number of high-level referees,and all referees have some experience in soccer before they work as referees,but the number of referees is lacking,and the ratio of male and female referees is unbalanced,and the regional distribution is unbalanced.2.Lanzhou soccer referees have a high level of education,mainly at the undergraduate level,but their overall English level is low,their scientific research awareness is weak,and their scientific research on soccer refereeing is lacking.3.Most of the soccer referees in Lanzhou City have a high awareness of learning theoretical knowledge on their own,and most of them have physical training every week to maintain their physical reserves,but most of them have short years of officiating and lack of experience in officiating on the field.4.The motivation of the referees in Lanzhou City is mainly based on hobby,and the factors affecting the motivation of the referees are mainly work-study factors,and most of the families of the referees show their support to the referees.5.The current management of referees by Lanzhou Football Association is not perfect,there are fewer ways to select referees,the training for referees cannot fully meet the needs of referees,there are shortcomings in the selection method,and the assessment of referees is not strict enough.Development proposals:1.Broaden the way of referee selection,strengthen the construction of women referees and pay attention to the development of the number of regional referees.2.Improve the English level of referees,organize regular English study for referees,cultivate the habit of referees to learn English independently,and encourage more referees to participate in scientific research.3.Increase the business training of referees,strengthen business exchanges and contacts with neighboring provincial and municipal football associations,provide more learning platforms for young referees,and increase the opportunities and upward mobility of young referees.4.To understand the daily work and life of referees,and give some help to referees who have difficulties in their daily work and life.5.Drawing on the management mode of the excellent referee teams at home and abroad,we gradually standardize the management of referees and gradually improve the work of referee selection,registration,selection and assessment. |
