he future society is an era of knowledge innovation.The cultivation of innovative talent resources is regarded as the core factor to improve competitiveness.The future competition is not the competition of capital elements,but the competition of talents.Therefore,countries regard the cultivation of innovative talents as the strategic commanding point.The proportion of sports in the national economy is higher and higher,and the most important function of sports is to provide high-quality,pressure resistant,physical and mental health talents for the development of the country.Track and field is the mother of sports,the importance of the basic role is self-evident.Through the study of OBE theory and track and field curriculum,this paper aims to strengthen the application of OBE theory in track and field curriculum innovation.Based on the OBE theory,a new teaching mode is constructed to solve the problems faced by the track and field at present.Starting from the teaching end,the quality of output is emphasized,so as to achieve the purpose of training qualified talents.In the process of track and field classroom practice based on OBE theory,the enthusiasm of students is mobilized to actively learn knowledge and master skills.The track and field class based on OBE theory exercises the ability of students to write relevant teaching plans,classroom organization,speech expression and cooperation,and sets up corresponding courses according to social needs to improve students' learning ability,organization ability and cooperation ability.It can well meet the needs of the society for track and field talents.In this paper,the students of the school of physical science and technology of Wuhan Institute of physical education are divided into two groups,one group is the experimental group,and the track and field classroom teaching under the guidance of OBE theory is adopted.The other group is the control group,which adopts the traditional track and field teaching method.Carry out 9 class hours of teaching experiments.This paper uses the methods of questionnaire,expert interview and comparative analysis to analyze the teaching effect under the guidance of OBE theory,and draws the following conclusions:(1)The track and field curriculum model based on OBE theory can meet the needs of the times,set out from the output quality,and comprehensively set up various curriculum contents,which can meet the needs of students for ability,and significantly improve students' satisfaction with the classroom.(2)Through the training of OBE theory,the students' abilities of writing teaching plans,learning to transfer teaching,language expression and classroom organization have been improved.Be able to complete the arrangement and organization of a classindependently.(3)The comprehensive evaluation of process monitoring and evaluation,final evaluation and personal progress can stimulate students' interest in learning,arouse students' enthusiasm,and guide students to change from passive acceptance of knowledge to active acquisition.(4)Under the guidance of OBE theory,students are always the center to ensure the central position of students.In the process of setting learning objectives,students can feel teachers' expectations,social needs and self motivation.Comprehensive measures should be taken to ensure the quality of training output.
