In this study,we try to solve the problems existing in the teaching effect of college tennis class by using the teaching model of group cooperation and competition,using the methods of literature,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics.In this study,tennis special physical fitness,tennis special technology,tennis learning interest and social ability were taken as indicators of tennis teaching effect.Taking students of Hangzhou Normal University as the research object,the students of public sports tennis class were divided into experimental group and control group,of which 35 were in the experimental group and32 were in the control group.In order to ensure the homogeneity of the experimental group and the control group before the formal experiment,the indicators reflecting the teaching effect were tested in the tennis court of Xiasha Campus of Hangzhou Normal University on September 12,2018.From September 20,2018 to December 21,2018,a teaching experiment was conducted in Xiasha Campus Tennis Court of Hangzhou Normal University.Pre-test results showed that there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in tennis specific physical fitness,tennis learning interest and social ability,indicating that experimental study could be carried out.The experimental results show that there is no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in terms of the special physical fitness of tennis,which indicates that the group cooperative competition teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode have little difference in improving the students' special physical fitness of tennis.In the special technology of tennis,there is a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group,and the table of each index of the experimental group.Now it is higher than the control group,which shows that the group cooperative competition teaching mode is more helpful to improve students' tennis special skills than the traditional teaching mode.In the aspect of tennis learning interest,the experimental group has significant difference compared with the control group,and the average performance of the experimental group is better than the control group,which shows that the group cooperative competition teaching mode is more helpful to improve students than the traditional teaching mode.Tennis learning interest;in social competence,the experimental group compared with the control group experiment in five dimensions have significant differences in three dimensions,and the average performance of each dimension in the experimental group is better than the control group,indicating that cooperative and competitive teaching mode is more conducive to improving students' social competence than traditional teaching mode.
