Research On Social Financial Aid For Poor Students In Colleges And Universities In Inner Mongolia

In order to ensure the smooth completion of the studies for poor students in colleges and universities,the state has established a comprehensive financial support system for poor students.As an important part of the system,social financial aid is not only an important supplement to the national student aid policies,but also plays a special role in the education process.Due to the relatively backward economic development in the Inner Mongolia,the social financial aid culture is not strong,and the level of running colleges and universities in the region is generally low.As a result,the level of social financial aid for poor students in colleges and universities in the region is lower than the national average,and various functions of social financial aid have not been fully utilized.Based on the Inner Mongolia,this paper selects 15 colleges and universities,and analyzes the difference of social financial aid for poor students in 15 colleges and universities through the funding data of 2018.Based on the funding data for 11 years(2008-2018),the paper analyzes the development trend of social financial aid for poor students in Baotou Teachers' College.At the same time,through the discussion with some corporate managers,heads of center for student financial aid,faculty counselors and the poor students,we can understand the problems faced by the poor students' social financial aid and the solutions.In the comprehensive analysis of the status quo of the social financial aid for poor students in colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia,the paper explores the restraining factors,and draws on the experience of the social financial aid for colleges and universities in other countries,and puts forward measures from the three levels of the country,society and colleges and universities.The perfection of laws and regulations,the promotion of the level of running colleges and universities,the prosperity of regional economy,development of companies,the cultivation of social financial aid culture,the establishment of the system of social financial aid mechanism,the enhancement of the social influence of colleges and universities,the opening up the channels of part-time study outside the colleges and universities and the exertion of the function of innovation and entrepreneurship will promote the development of social financial aid for poor students in colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia,and further improve the educational effect of social financial aid.
