Research On The Problem Of Student Aid For "three Minor" Ethnic Poor Students In Colleges And Universities In Inner Mongolia

At present,the development of College Students' financial aid in China is becoming more and more perfect,but there are still some weak links in some minority students' financial aid.In this paper,three ethnic minorities(Ewenki,Oroqen and Daur)are taken as the research objects,based on the theory of education apportion and compensation,education equity theory,human capital theory,and national development theory combined with literature research and field investigations in many colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia.From the perspective of practice,it analyzes the current situation of poor students from the "three ethnic" minorities in Inner Mongolia colleges and universities,and finds that the work of the "three ethnic" minorities poor students is in the study aid model,study aid review,student loan recovery,and feedback on the results of the study.Four aspects still need improvement.Based on the survey results,several feasible suggestions are put forward: optimizing the policy and channels for the poor students of the three ethnic minorities,perfecting the repayment method of student loans in the source of students,and improving the performance evaluation system of student assistance.In order to explore new ways of helping poor students of the "three ethnic" minorities,realize the important significance of ethnic education in colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia,and to devote itself to cultivating talents with ethnic characteristics to drive the development of ethnic minority regions.
