With the continuous promotion of quality education reform,educators paid more attention to train the innovative and applied talents,cultivated students' ability to analyze and solve problems.The general high school geography curriculum standard(2017 Edition)clearly pointed out that it was necessary to continuously innovate the methods of cultivating the core quality of disciplines,and put forward "Problem-based Teaching" in the strategy.It was a kind of teaching method that used "questions" to integrate learning content,with the purpose of finding and solving problems.In the process of problem solving,teachers guided students to use geographical way of thinking to establish knowledge structure related to problems,analyzed problems clearly from the surface to the inside,and expressed their own views.Problem-based teaching was helpful for students to master basic knowledge and ability,improved their thinking level,and cultivated their core quality of geography.How to apply problem-based teaching better in senior geography teaching has became an important research topic.The paper is used literature research method to summarize and analyze the research status at home and abroad.It was found that the application research of problem-based teaching need to be improved,and the application research of problem-based teaching by front-line teachers was not deep enough.So aiming at above not enough,this paper carried out high school geography problem-based teaching through educational experiment and questionnaire survey methods.Taking the grade one senior high students as the research objects,the paper used the method of educational experiment to carry out the practical research,which on the problem-based teaching of Geography in senior high school.Based on the project to the practice of geography teaching in senior high school,it applied the problem-based teaching,analyzed and summarized the cases after the practice.Analyzing the application effect of high school geography problem teaching by using the method of questionnaire.Through using SPSS 22.0 software and survey,this paper analyzed the influence of high school geography problem-based teaching on students' learning achievement,learning interest and ability,and summarized the advantages and disadvantages.Finally,according to the practical cases and questionnaire,this paper explored how to sort out the teaching contents by selecting teaching methods;stimulating the interest of inquiry by creating problem situation;clarify the purpose of inquiry and scientific inquiry by selecting geographical problems;cultivate core literacy by inquiring problems scientifically;summarize knowledge by promoting the use of migration.
