The implementation of the new curriculum reform requires the development of core competence morality education cultivate students' lifelong learning ability and promote social development ability,cultivating students' ability to solve practical problems is gradually attention.Under the guidance of constructivism theory of teaching is a teaching mode,in order to solve the real problem "throughout the classroom,cultivating core geographic literacy of students in geography class.This paper analyzes the background of the problem teaching,the problems in geography classroom teaching as the research object,the characteristics and Strategies of characteristic and strategy,design problems in geography classroom teaching situation design as the research content,12 teaching design and 10 class video to pep "geography 1" relevant content as the research materials.With the method of literature analysis,case analysis,summarizes the problems in geography classroom teaching situation,advantages and disadvantages and problems of teaching elements,characteristics,design strategy,method of PEP "geography 1" content of the carding and analysis of 15 PEP "geography 1" suitable for the problem teaching content with teaching material analysis,design and development of PEP "geography 1" problem teaching case.Finally come to the following conclusions: first,has the following characteristics of case design problems in geography classroom teaching: Based on the problem of the situation;the design situation and problems of students based on the original cognition;situations and problems with authenticity;the design of "situation and problem of class and Zhang";the design of the case to stimulate students' humanism emotion,attitude and values;the design of the case to guide students into high level thinking;case design to cultivate core geographic literacy of students;Second,the design of an important part of the geography classroom teaching problems in the case of the situation can be designed from the following aspects,use of Regional Guide Students' comprehensive analysis function: the use of student's cognitive 4W creation,using the geographical setting,the thing hot events in creation,creation,using the phenomenon of life use conflict with students the creation of cognitive phenomena.Third,the design of an important part of the problems in geography classroom teaching case can be designed from the following aspects,stimulate thinking play role: by creating problem situations like geographical things;by reason of existing cognitive conflict situations and create problems;use of the evaluation in the context of things like creating problem;use in the context of things like future development or process of reasoning creating problem.
