| Higher vocational education just assumes the important responsibility of cultivating and conveying the high-skilled talents with specific knowledge,ability and humanistic quality reserve,who can meet the needs of the front-line work of social production.With the expansion of the scale of college enrollment,China's higher education has entered a popular stage,the number of college graduates increased dramatically,employment has been one of the social focus.This study adopts the method of questionnaire and interview of shijiazhuang vocational college teachers and students to investigate,understand the employment situation of graduates,the employment and the main problems were analyzed,and accordingly put forward improving strategies,such as professional skill is not up to requirements,major and job mismatch,wages distribution difference,high turnover rate,unit of choose and employ persons layoffs or graduate employment will lower in remote areas,the employment unit selection bias public properties,etc.To analyze the reasons for the employment dilemma of college students in higher vocational colleges,we can analyze it from three aspects: society,higher vocational colleges and graduates.From the perspective of higher vocational colleges,the specialty setting of higher vocational colleges needs to be reformed,the employment service system of higher vocational colleges is not perfect,the construction of teaching staff needs to be improved,and the school-enterprise cooperation mode is difficult to be deepened.At the level of graduates,the concept of choosing a career needs to be changed,the practical quality needs to be improved,and the consciousness of career planning needs to be strengthened.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote the employment of graduates in higher vocational colleges.From the government level,we should improve the employment policy,vigorously develop the tertiary industry,and enhance the social identity of higher vocational colleges.At the level of higher vocational colleges,we should adhere to the combination of professional Settings and market demand,improve the graduate employment guidance system,create professional teaching staff,and adhere to the school-enterprise mode of employment upon graduation.From the perspective of higher vocational college graduates,it is necessary to have a correct understanding of their own strength,improve their practical quality,and make clear career development plans. |
