Special groups of college students exist in different colleges and universities,but higher vocational colleges and ordinary colleges differ greatly in terms of teaching models,training goals,student structure,etc.,which makes the education of higher vocational colleges special.However,the students of higher vocational colleges are part of the college student group,but have their particularities,so they are different from the college student group in ideology,psychology and behavior.Students in higher vocational colleges have characteristics such as weak cultural basic knowledge,loose behavior,and lack of organizational discipline.Based on this feature,the situation of special student groups in higher vocational colleges is more prominent,and their psychological and behavioral performance is more prominent.complex.The education and management of such special student groups has a direct bearing on the overall teaching level of the school and the cultivation of high-quality technical and technical personnel.In addition,with the increasing attention of the government and education departments to higher vocational education and the problem of education management of special students in higher vocational colleges has become increasingly prominent.As workers in the education industry,we must attach great importance to it and adopt scientific and effective management measures.In this paper,the author finds out problems in the counselor's work practice and finds out the countermeasures through investigation and analysis.The specific content is arranged as follows:First,the introduction.The research background,purpose and significance of this article are expounded,and the current research situation at home and abroad is analyzed,the research ideas and methods are clarified,and related concepts and theories are introduced.Second,the main types and characteristics of special student groups in higher vocational colleges.Introduce the main types of special student groups in higher vocational colleges,and clarify their typical characteristics in terms of ideology,psychology and behavior,to lay a solid foundation for the questionnaire survey later.Third,the practical significance and feasibility of the education management of special student groups in higher vocational colleges.This article mainly analyzes the practical significance and feasibility of the education management of special student groups based on the current state of education management and inclusive education concepts and vocational colleges.Fourth,the status quo of education management of special student groups in higher vocational colleges and the causes of problems.Conduct questionnaire surveys of teachers and students,collect real and reliable questionnaire data,and find out problems and reasons for special students themselves,family education,school and counselor education,and social education.Fifth,effective countermeasures for education management of special student groups in higher vocational colleges.Aiming at the structure of the questionnaire survey and the analysis of the cause of the problem,specific countermeasures are proposed to provide a reference for improving the education management level of the special student group in higher vocational colleges.Sixth,a case study of Langfang Yanjing Vocational and Technical College.Take the Langfang Yanjing Vocational and Technical College where the author teaches as an example,enumerate typical cases of special student education management practices,analyze the implemented education management measures,find out problems in the education management of special student groups,and combine scientific teaching with their own teaching experience Thinking.
