Good faith is the most fundamental value orientation in Chinese culture. Honest and trustworthy are not only show the essence of Chinese civilization, but also specific express the long traditional virtue of Chinese nation. Higher Vocational College, as one of the important part of the education system, creates a large number of compound talents who both have technology ability and theory ability for our society, and it can promote the reasonable distribution of human resources while further optimize the structure of talents, which has the profound significance in promoting the social stability operation economic boomCombing the real situation of the development of higher vocational colleges and the practice of their own career in education, we develop the relevant research in the background of the relevant research data and under the base status of good faith education in Higher Vocational Colleges. Based on the cost theory in economics and herd mentality in social psychology as the theoretical basis, this paper first defines the concept of good faith in Higher Vocational Colleges; the second is launching a questionnaire survey about the good faith of Shenyang vocational college student, making multi-angle expound about the good faith question in economy, job hunting and making friends, and then putting forward the characteristics of Higher Vocational college students lacking the good faith. The last part is to analyze the problem of lacking good faith of Shenyang higher vocational colleges students from the perspective of the reasons; at the same time this paper puts forward some suggestions aiming at the weakening problem of good faith education in Higher Vocational CollegesBy analyzing the problem about lacking good faith education of higher vocational collage in Shenyang, this paper then gives the relevant suggestions, expecting to promote the legalization, institutionalization construction process of the social good faith and improve supervision and restriction mechanism.
