At present,quite a number of college students do not realize the correlation between body posture and the arrangement of human bones,and body posture is closely related to the normal operation of body functions.Irregular body posture in life for a long time will threaten people's normal work and study.Upper cross syndrome is the most normal manifestation of abnormal body posture caused by non-standard body posture.It not only affects a person's external image,but also damages his physical and mental health.In order to improve the condition of college students' upper cross syndrome and make them develop a good habit in life,this paper conducts an intervention experiment by means of body training.Early through the questionnaire survey to study the current status of college students' sports,found that students exercise frequency is low,and the cognitive deficiencies,on the relationship between the body posture and health to the body appear the correlation between symptoms and daily behavior habits of thinking does not reach the designated position,the student body has the exercise habit is often associated with pain,but difficult to explain that it is caused by improper movement.Therefore,this paper USES the methods of literature,experiment,mathematical statistics and so on to explore the intervention of physical training on college students with supra cross syndrome.Through campus recruitment,selection of the 30non-sports,dance professional with overlapping syndrome on the student to carry on the experiment,the posture is measured before and after the experiment,and by using jackyang(2002),write "physical self-description questionnaire" record the change of the 11 dimensions,through 20 weeks,the form of three times a week training,30 subjects are improved effectively,the physical self-description questionnaire in sports,sports ability,the whole body,appearance,strength and self-esteem more significant changes have taken place in the six dimensions,the results are as follows:(1)before and after the experiment,the cervical range of motion index resultsshowed that there were significant differences in the cervical flexion distance,extension distance,and right rotation and left rotation distance(P<0.05).(2)before and after the experiment,the results of shoulder and neck posture index showed that there was a significant difference between the neck rake Angle and the round shoulder Angle(P<0.01).(3)before and after the experiment,the indicators of self body cognition description scale showed that there were significant differences in the three dimensions of strength,appearance and self-esteem(P<0.05),and there were very significant differences in the three dimensions of physical activity,sports ability and overall body(P< 0.01).The following conclusions are drawn from the research results:(1)body training can reduce the head tilt and round shoulder Angle of college students with upper cross syndrome and improve the static shoulder and neck posture.(2)body training can increase the range of motion of cervical flexion,extension and rotation of college students with superior chiasmus,and improve the range of motion of cervical vertebra.(3)physical training can improve the physical self-cognition of college students with upper cross syndrome,among which the improvement of physical activity,athletic ability,overall body,appearance,strength and self-esteem in 6 dimensions is significantly different.
