Objective: Upper Crossed Syndrome(UCS)is a common postural disorder with a high incidence in the elderly, but it has a younger trend in recent years.UCS will have a negative impact on the shape and function of the human body, reduce the quality of daily life, and may cause secondary damage to bones, joints, muscles and internal organs. This study focused on the poor posture of UCS,investigated the current situation of UCS in college students, and analyzed the possible causes. To explore the effect of exercise rehabilitation intervention on the body shape and lung function of patients with UCS and improve the overall performance of UCS.Provide a theoretical basis for physical fitness and physical fitness. Methods: in this study: normal college eligible for cross syndrome symptoms on college students as the research object, through the screening of participants included60 male subjects, according to the degree of divided into mild, moderate and severe group, each group of 20,the remaining three groups after intervention respectively,12,13,16.Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation(PNF)drafting and exercise rehabilitation strategies were used in all three groups, including muscle drafting for about 10 minutes and strength training for about 20 minutes. The intervention lasted for 8 weeks,5 times a week. All subjects were assessed before and after the intervention, including digital score of shoulder and neck pain Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),postural assessment related to UCS,including Forward Head Angle(FHA),head forward distance, and Forward Shoulder Angle(FSA).Lung function tests, including Vital Capacity(VC),Forced Vital Capacity(FVC),Forced Expiratory Volume in One Second(FEV1),and Maximal Voluntary Ventilation(MVV).Paired sample t-test was used to test the intra-group significance difference, and one-way analysis of variance was used to test the inter-group significance difference.P < 0.05 was considered as significant difference. Results :(1)There was a significant difference in the vital capacity scores of college students with normal posture and upper cross syndrome in Hanshan Normal University. The upper vital syndrome scores of patients with upper cross syndrome were lower than the normal population.(2)The incidence rate of the 1144 college students investigated in Hanshan Normal University was 44.4%,of which 56.8% were male and 37.4% were female.(3)Before and after the intervention on UCS related position indicators were:(1)Forward Head Angle(FHA): FHA angles between the three groups before intervention had very significant difference(P < 0.05),after 8 weeks intervention FHA angles difference between three groups or not identical(P < 0.05),compared with before intervention between the three groups were very significant(P < 0.05);(2)Forward Shoulder Angle(FSA): round shoulders of the three groups of subjects the angle comparisons were different or not identical(P <0.05).After 8 weeks of intervention, there was a very significant difference in the FSA change between the three groups and before the intervention(P <0.05).(4)Changes in neck and shoulder pain VAS before and after the intervention:The data of the three groups before the intervention were different or not identical(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of intervention, the data of the three groups were not significantly different(P> 0.05)There was a significant difference in the UCS group compared with before intervention(P <0.05),and the degree of pain was significantly reduced.Compared with the mild group and the moderate group, the pain score was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).(5)Comparison of lung function indexes before and after the intervention: FEV1 and MVV before the intervention showed no significant difference between the three groups after the intervention(P> 0.05),and the VC and FVC before the three groups were different or not identical(P <0.05).The test results after 8 weeks of intervention showed that FEV1 and MVV increased significantly, and other items did not change significantly. The FEV1 and MVV in the moderate group were significantly increased before and after the intervention, and the four groups of indicators FEV1,MVV,VC,and FVC were significantly increased in the group before and after the intervention.P> 0.05).Conclusions :(1)The incidence rate of college students with upper cross syndrome is higher than that of girls, and the vital capacity of students with severe upper cross posture is lower than that of normal posture students..(2)the 8-week exercise rehabilitation intervention strategy can effectively improve the degree of shoulder and neck pain, head extension and bad posture of round shoulders in male college students with UCS;(3)the 8-week exercise rehabilitation intervention strategy was better than the mild group in improving the lung function of male college students with moderate and severe UCS.(4)the lung function index of students with severe group cross syndrome was lower than that of students with mild and moderate UCS.
