The implementation of the “healthy China 2030” strategy has raised health and fitness to a national level.With China's aging national conditions becoming increasingly apparent,the health and fitness issues of middle-aged and elderly people will play a key role in the implementation of the "Healthy China" strategy.Wushu,as a representative item of traditional sports in China,plays an irreplaceable role in the fitness and health of middle-aged and elderly people.However,the current asymmetry in the supply of Wushu and the needs of middle-aged and elderly people,and the lack of systemic,interesting,and cultural aspects of Wushu teaching,have affected the popularity and promotion of Wushu in middle-aged and elderly people.Guided by the martial arts needs of middle-aged and old people's body-building,entertainment,making friends and self-cultivation,according to the law of physical and mental development of middle-aged and old people,and according to the mechanism of free access,this study designs and develops a set of martial arts training program that can be spread and popularized in society,and provides theoretical basis and practical reference for the popularization and promotion of martial arts in middle-aged and old people's groups through practical verification and improvement program.Based on Taylor's theory,"less is more" and "see the forest goodbye tree" theory,this study designs the martial arts teaching program for the middle-aged and the elderly by using the methods of literature,investigation(questionnaire,interview)and logical analysis,and takes the middle-aged and the elderly who meet the conditions in the community of canglongfudi in Shijiazhuang City as the experimental objects The experiment lasted for four and a half months and one and a half months later learning observation were carried out to verify the feasibility and effect of the program.The experimental results were analyzed by using mathematical statistics method,and the daily learning performance of the trainees was combined to improve and perfect the program.Finally,conclusions and suggestions were concluded.Conclusion:(1)Based on the perspective of popularization and promotion,the middle-aged and elderly people's Wushu training program is designed with "emphasizing fitness and health,highlighting entertainment and friendship,learning and fun,and self-cultivation" as the core,including seven sections of mission goals,content,procedures,forms,equipment,completion report,precautions.(Knowledge and skills,processes and methods,emotional attitudes and values,three-dimensional learning goals;The selection is mainly based on the slow boxing of excellent traditional Wushu,including various training contents and forms of teaching content.The learning procedure from “playing”to “practicing” to “acting”;The mode of classroom teaching combined with the diverse experience of going out and watching;Teaching tools that combine hardware and software diversification;Closing report consisting of three structural links: technology display and review,teacher and student sharing and summary,and expert evaluation and communication;Precautionary Notes on Comprehensive Personality and Common Needs of Middle-aged and Elderly).(2)The middle-aged and elderly people's Wushu training program designed in this study can meet the needs of middle-aged and elderly people's fitness,health,friendship,and self-cultivation.According to the experimental results and analysis of the training program in the old people in the community,the trainees have high satisfaction with the program as a whole and the seven sections;The training programs and the rational use of hardware and software training tools from “playing” to “practicing” to “acting” effectively stimulated and maintained middle-aged and elderly people's interest in Wushu learning;Simple and diverse content with traditional Chinese culture combined with classroom teaching and out-going observation experience diversified combination of transfer forms,improving the subjective exercise experience of middle-aged and elderly people;Guided by the needs of middle-aged and elderly people,the program is designed with the core guiding ideology of “emphasizing fitness and health,highlighting entertainment and dating,learning and fun,and self-cultivation”.It meets the needs of middle-aged and elderly people,and promote their continued learning.Advice:(1)In order to promote the better popularization and promotion of Wushu among the middle-aged and elderly groups,the training courses can be spirally combined with thecounseling stations,using the systemic and scientific nature of the training classes,highlighting the professionalism of teaching,and relying on the convenience of the counseling stations.And daily,review and consolidate the content learned in the training course.(2)The training process uses or borrows the individual advantages of the students,strives to make each student useful,and exerts the collective maximum advantage.At the same time,it enhances the students 'sense of participation in Wushu activities and increases the students' participation in Wushu training activities.(3)According to the convenience of training,it is recommended to issue coach qualification certification to the better-learned students,to encourage and encourage students to share their Wushu content with others.(4)Incorporate Wushu into the popularization and promotion of middle-aged and elderly groups such as square dance and walking,and take advantage of it to promote the popularization and promotion of Wushu.(5)Pay attention to the implication and connotation of technical movements during the course of teaching and learning,and it is easier to stimulate the interest of Wushu teaching in middle-aged and elderly people.(6)Focusing on the characteristics of Wushu events,it focuses on the promotion and promotion of middle-aged and elderly people who are interested in Chinese traditional culture,offensive and defensive skills,or fitness and health.
