Research purposes : Cardiorespiratory levels play a very important role in assessing physical health.A higher level of cardiorespiratory fitness is also an important indicator of good physical health.A large sample of long-term follow-up studies found that the level of cardiorespiratory strength in the elderly has a great impact on mortality. On the one hand, cardiorespiratory endurance is related to the occurrence of disease, and on the other hand,it can predict the occurrence of disease.According to previous studies, the six-minute walk test has been a very mature method for evaluating cardiorespiratory endurance.Compared with the method of measuring the maximum oxygen uptake measured by the laboratory, the instrument used is cheap and moderate in exercise intensity. It is widely used in middle-aged and elderly people and people with respiratory diseases to evaluate cardiorespiratory endurance. With the development of science and technology and the progress of the times, the traditional six-minute walk test is difficult to be popular among middle-aged and elderly people due to factors such as test sites.Based on the six-minute walking test, can you find a way to reflect cardio-respiratory endurance through step-by-step,and you can easily understand the dynamic changes of your health with the combination of various current step-by-step software.,to find problems in time,so that accurate and effective exercise intervention can be carried out for each person's different health conditions. Therefore, this paper selects middle-aged and elderly people aged50-70 as experimental subjects, and explores the feasibility of indirect evaluation of cardiopulmonary endurance in middle-aged and elderly people by six-minute step-by-step evaluation. In addition,a six-minute walking test is used to estimate the regression equation of maximal oxygen uptake to enable middle-aged and elderly people. It is more convenient and quick to evaluate your cardiorespiratory condition.Subjects and Methods: Twenty-seven subjects were randomly selected from middle-aged and elderly people aged 50-70,with 18 males and 9 females. This paper uses the literature data method, experimental method and mathematical statistics analysis method.Subjects were rigorously screened prior to testing and met inclusion exclusion criteria and were ultimately selected as subjects for this study. The first round of the study used the power bicycle incremental test as a criterion. After one week, the same subjects performed a six-minute step test and measured experimental data such as height, weight, sitting height, and leg length.Through the correlation between the number of steps and the maximum oxygen uptake, the datawas processed by spss, and multiple linearity was used to establish a six-minute step to predict the maximum oxygen uptake. The results of the study: 1.In addition to sitting height, the differences in height, weight and leg length were significant(p<0.05),and the body shape indicators measured by men were higher than those of women.2.In order to determine the correlation between the six-minute step and the maximum oxygen uptake,by performing a bivariate correlation analysis on both of them, the significance between them is 0.018,and the significance is far less than0.05.Significant correlation at the 0.05 level(both sides).Explain that a six-minute step can be used as an effective method to evaluate the level of cardiorespiratory endurance.3.six-minute step-by-step inferred maximum oxygen uptake regression equation: 0.05 * six minutes walk walking steps-8.36 = maximum oxygen uptake(ml / kg / min).Analysis conclusion:1.Six-minute step-by-step experiment is infeasible for indirect evaluation of cardiopulmonary endurance in middle-aged and elderly people.2.It is possible to speculate and establish a regression equation for the maximum oxygen uptake of middle-aged and elderly people by walking the number of steps and leg length in six minutes. This equation has certain predictability for cardiopulmonary endurance of middle-aged and elderly people, and it can be convenient, fast and simple.Self-evaluation.
